My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our trip. Our train arrived in the morning, and the hotel staff promptly arranged our accommodation. The front desk service was incredibly welcoming. This hotel is very close to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The facilities are excellent and well-equipped. The restaurant has a very elegant and upscale feel, and the hygiene is top-notch. The breakfast was plentiful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance to visit!

Who knows, family?! I found this amazing B&B. It's so close to the scenic area! Just stand on the windowsill, give it a little hop, and it's like you're in a mini teleporter elevator. ”Whoosh!” you're right into Tianchi Lake! This isn't a B&B; it's literally Tianchi's ”secret entrance room”! And this B&B is incredibly pet-friendly. Bringing your little one here is like bringing your own little mobile adorable over to visit—no worries about them getting hurt. The owner is absolutely amazing! He's like a long-lost brother. Ask him for anything, and he'll make it happen. He'll practically perform his ”Seventy-Two Transformations” to fulfill your every wish!

The room is clean and odorless, warm and comfortable. I forgot to take something when I checked out, and Xiaoqi at the front desk called to ask for the address and sent the things over. Thank you very much! I will definitely stay at Vienna Hotel next time😊

Booked family room, the family went to Guan'egou to play. The room was spacious and clean, the family room was full of space, and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel location is good to find, parking is convenient, the front desk service is very good. The room was quiet and tidy, and the next day was full of energy for a rest night. The room had an elegant New Chinese-style twin bed layout, with soft and tidy bedding. The entire room featured smart voice control for lights and appliances, so we could switch things on and off just by talking from bed – pure bliss for lazy travelers. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, with a smart toilet and a separate shower. The tiles were clean and odor-free, making showering comfortable and hassle-free. The room also thoughtfully included a mini-fridge, super convenient for stocking up on snacks and drinks. The hotel's perks were a huge bonus! The lobby offered complimentary unlimited plum juice and fresh fruit juice all day, along with endless freshly ground coffee and crispy popcorn – plenty of snacks for chatting with my girlfriend. The room was spacious and airy, and the ambient lighting under the bed created a wonderful atmosphere. It was incredibly comfortable for relaxing after a day out. This is definitely our top choice for a girls' trip; we've already saved it and will definitely be back next time!
