GGuest UserAfter check-in, no one cleaned the stay. From 10 am, I called many times to clean up and send some water. No one ignored it. This was a friend who introduced this hotel and said that the newly opened environment is good, the experience is too bad, and the service is too bad!

DDongjidayuezaidongji1. The hotel is located in Luntai County, with many restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. There is free parking available, so parking is easy.
2. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. She contacted me before check-in to inquire about my arrival time. Initially, she assigned me a room near the elevator, but later patiently changed me to a corner room. However, there was a hot pot restaurant downstairs, and around 11 PM, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The receptionist patiently explained that the noise would stop after 11 PM when the restaurant closed. The owner also apologized and gave us a gift (we had too much stuff in our car, so we didn't take it with us when we checked out; we appreciated the gesture).
3. The room cleanliness was lacking. Since cleanliness was the only factor I considered, I didn't give it a perfect score. The mirror behind the door had a lot of limescale, and the floor had a lot of hair and dust. The edges of the sink faucet were particularly sharp; please pay attention to this, as it could easily cut your hands.
4. Overall, the hotel is newly renovated and has complete facilities. Aside from these minor issues, they are manageable. I can feel that the owner wants to run the business with dedication, and I wish them great success!

Wash the dust well and rest for one night. This hotel feels like it is open in a new development area, and there are several hotels next to it. It should have just opened, the facilities are very new and the rooms are quite big. If you take a rest for one night, it is good to choose here. There is a laundry room, washing and brushing, the air is very dry, and the clothes are dry soon. It takes about 1 hour to drive from the hotel to Populus euphratica forest. I feel that the conditions are much better than living in the guest house outside the scenic spot. In addition, there is a Sichuan restaurant on the right hand side of the hotel gate, the taste and the weight are quite good. I don't have to go to any reviews for a long time, because I feel that this oil town has no special food, but I gave up looking for reviews and solved the problem of food and clothing nearby. I found that eating here is a surprise. A restaurant on the left hand side of the hotel can have breakfast at 6 o'clock. If you want to arrive before the Populus euphratica park opens, it is very convenient. In addition, I noticed that there are triple rooms, which are quite practical for traveling together or with older children.

GGuest UserThe hygiene was also appalling. I woke up and felt something sticky in my hair. Pulling it hard, I discovered it was a woman's false eyelashes stuck to my hair – it was disgusting and made me want to swear. Didn't the cleaning staff ever change the sheets?
As for breakfast, the hotel outsources it to a small restaurant across the street. Having stayed in hotels dozens of times a year, this is the first time I've encountered this. When I went to eat with the meal tickets provided by the hotel, the restaurant owner's face immediately darkened when he saw me with a ticket. The service was terrible; it felt like take it or leave it. Each person could only take four items, one of each. Absolutely speechless!

GGuest UserThe room is not big, it may be that the wind and sand there are big, the room does not look like it opened in 24 years, the hardware and facilities are a bit old, but the bedding is OK. The breakfast was good and quite rich. The parking lot can also wash the car for free. Although we were lucky, there was no water after a minute or two of washing. We were too lazy to wait in a hurry and withdrew.
