"1. The environment was alright, quite quiet. 2. Hygiene was appalling. The teacups in the picture were filthy, and there was a cockroach on the sink, which I killed but forgot to take a picture of. 3. Service was terrible. It was only 10:30 PM, and the receptionist was asleep! 4. There were no road signs. The navigation system led me back and forth several times, and no one answered the phone. It was truly unbelievable."
