I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. The room design is simple yet elegant and cozy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep! Hygiene was impeccable, with meticulous daily housekeeping. I especially loved it; it added many pleasant surprises to my stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, quickly processing check-in and even thoughtfully upgrading my room! The concierge helped plan our route and recommended local restaurants, and the staff responded to our requests very quickly, truly embodying the ”customer-first” philosophy.

Check-in, especially as a foreigner, was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was awesome. The location couldn't have been better - through beautifully manicured gardens, directly onto the beach. Both the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet were very well-prepared and delicious, with both Chinese and Western cuisine. However, we found the breakfast and dinner times a bit tight for a relaxing holiday time. Breakfast stopped serving at 9 30am and dinner at 8pm. All in all, we found the hotel and staff very well appointed, good value, and we will definitely return soon - a relaxing getaway from hectic city life in China!

Parking is convenient for self-driving tours. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the enthusiasm, seriousness and efficiency of the lobby staff. The room was spacious and clean, with 6 bottles of free drinking mineral water, and the service was sincere! The breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, it was cost-effective.

You can see Bloubergstrand right when you wake up, and the beach is super close, just a short walk away. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the environment and hygiene here are much cleaner, and there are no strange smells. Plus, the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating; we arrived quite late at night, and she was still very attentive and responsible.

Everything was excellent, truly five-star service. The hotel's private outdoor pool was closed due to the season. There weren't enough guests for a buffet breakfast, but they offered breakfast delivered to the room, which was very convenient! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. After we checked out, they realized we'd left some snacks we'd bought at their shop. They contacted us promptly, explained the situation, and even helped us return them and refunded our money – truly appreciate that! The gym facilities were quite good, I enjoyed using them. It's just across the road from the beach, which is a great spot to watch the sunset. The hotel environment is lovely and I'd definitely recommend it, though I imagine prices might be higher during peak season.

This was my first time staying in a deluxe sea view king room at Rongcheng Nishi Haitai, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! Stepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by the stunning blue ocean – a panorama of sky blue and sea blue that really amplifies the sense of vastness. The room was spacious and clean, the king-size bed was just the right firmness, and the hygiene was meticulously done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, with a private beach right outside. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The forest scenery is incredibly healing, and it offers great value for money. I decisively extended my stay!
