I especially loved it; it added many pleasant surprises to my stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, quickly processing check-in and even thoughtfully upgrading my room! The concierge helped plan our route and recommended local restaurants, and the staff responded to our requests very quickly, truly embodying the ”customer-first” philosophy.

GGuest UserThe owners and their parents at this guesthouse were incredibly kind. They not only provided us with a room, but also went out of their way to take care of everything for us; I felt so embarrassed! The environment was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. We even went to the market to buy seafood, and they prepared tableware and a table for us, and even started a fire to steam the seafood for us. They also had homegrown fruits and vegetables in the backyard for us to eat, and they even gave my child popsicles. The guesthouse also had kittens; the owner's mother is very kind and feeds stray cats, adopting those abandoned by others. Having kittens added so much joy for my child. The attention to detail was excellent; the rooms were spotless, and they even provided disinfectant spray. Friends, if you're visiting Rongcheng, Weihai, you absolutely must check this place out! I highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent! Closed to the beach, hot springs and night shows. The rental is spacious with sea view and equipped with new kitchen appliances and bathroom is comfortable! The landlord is very nice and friendly. We arrived the apartment early but the landlord kindly let us checked in as soon as we arrived. We will certainly come again.

LLanmeiyeThe room was very clean and the transportation was convenient. The hotel restaurant was comfortable and the young lady at the front desk was also very patient and friendly. When I checked in, it rained heavily and my shoes got wet. I took the initiative to send two big bags. The only small flaw was that the parking space was crowded but it was surrounded by people. Convenience stores and restaurants are very convenient

XXunlizhinianleoLet's just talk about a few questions. First of all, the service attitude is very good, but I went downstairs and said that the fruit was not delivered, and I also reported the room number. Why not send it? I asked again when I checked out the next day and said that I would send it down, but we were going to leave. When the welcome fruit was delivered, right? Of course, this is not particularly important. Second, the sign in the room said that you need a pillow to call. Okay, I called and asked. There is no latex pillow, no bathtub bag, no children's toothbrush, and nothing is needed. This should be the first time I have stayed in so many hotels. Third, the bathroom door can't be closed, let's watch the video for a while. Finally, the restaurant has a pitiful lack of food, and the breakfast is a mess. It is not the chef who helped us cut the carrots intimately. I really want to give a bad review.

GGuest UserThe beach is incredibly close and wonderfully uncrowded. Kids had a blast finding small crabs and shells while digging in the sand, making for a really relaxing experience. All hotel terraces offer direct sea views, and the resort grounds are very quiet, making it perfect for families. The guesthouse reception even lends out sand-digging tools, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. When it rained on our second morning and we couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast, they thoughtfully delivered it directly to our room. Electric scooters are available for rent right outside, which you can ride directly to the Bruce shipwreck, enjoying beautiful coastal views along the entire route.

GGuest UserThere's not much to complain about. The location is excellent, though I booked late and the location wasn't the best. The hotel restaurant has a direct view of Bruvis.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness could be improved; the showers were a bit dirty.
Service: Service was acceptable. They even turned on the lobby lights for us when we went out to take pictures of the snow late at night.
Facilities: To be honest, the facilities need significant improvement. First, there's no direct access to the second floor; you have to go to the third floor first, which is very inconvenient when you have luggage. There was no staff to help with luggage when checking out. Second, during the off-season, many doors were locked. You had to contact staff to leave, but there was no dedicated butler to respond promptly, which was quite troublesome.

AAnonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4.
