GGuest User春節過年回家碰上家裡有事，輾轉了幾家酒店，在維也納住了4晚，是春節期間住得比較滿意的地方，由於是新開的，裝修比較清爽，有機器人送外賣，服務態度很好，一樓有免費的水，水果可以取，還有皮筋，眼罩等應急物品。總體感覺挺不錯的。

AAnonymous User酒店位置超棒，左邊是燒烤一條街，右斜角是環亞商場（商場有KFC、必勝客…），另外離單縣出名的兩家羊湯館（三義春、頭一鍋）都很近，步行7、8分鐘就能到，開車去也方便（吃飯地方的停車場2小時免費）。
酒店外是很大一個停車場，停車超方便；
酒店接待客人很熱情，免費給我們升級了套房，爽歪歪

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
