距離吳川高鐵站較遠，喺新世界廣場附近，對面、樓下就喺夜市！大廈五六樓喺公寓，一層都有三四十間房！下面喺公司同店鋪，刷卡坐電梯！衹有一台電梯，有D慢，有地下停車場！有天貓精靈半自動！但洗手枱對住床唔多好，而且洗手盤比較淺，水容易射到衫，而且冇垃圾桶同裝毛巾嘅蘿，浴室冇防滑墊同掛衫嘅勾！拖鞋喺紙嘅！可能因為我入住人唔多，尚算安靜，衞生都ok，但不過細節可以改善下！床夠大，1.8，但空間雙床房大D！馬桶喺半自動嘅，會加熱，水壓尚可，洗長髮有少許勉強，應該新營業，所以望上去都幾新下，冇咩裝修味，雖然下面夜市，但唔多吵，性價比尚可，但如果低D更好，再來我會考慮再book！
