The scenery of the whole park is beautiful, there is an infinity pool, I see there are hot spring pools built, there are free-range rabbits on the lawn, there are even German in several kittens, and every place can see the intentions of the park. The park is large and there are not many rooms. There will be no noisy sound at all, which is super suitable for vacation. The butler will contact the route in advance. During the whole stay, contact the butler at any time, and respond to everything. The service is great! The suite was upgraded by mistake. The whole house in the room was smart, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and cleaned very clean. The balcony is a lawn when you open the door. Although it is not specially fenced, it is no different from the private courtyard. Get up early and sit outside and breathe the fresh air, everything is so healing. A picky person like me can be included in my repurchase list!

The room is very close to the water park. The decor is in a Southeast Asian style. There are some gym facilities. Freshly ground coffee is also available.

The two children slept outside. I sleep in the inner room, which is a suite. There are 2 single beds outside and a 1.8-meter large bed inside the room. This was the only night I slept the best during the trip. Although the price is relatively high, it is located in the mining area of ​​Xinmi City, with a night market nearby and a parking lot in the backyard. It is just a bit noisy at night. Most of the people who stay here are tourists, and you can hear the neighbors and the upstairs people packing up very early in the morning. The soundproofing is average. If you have trouble sleeping, please tell the customer service to stay in the farthest corner. The slippers were flakes, the toothbrush was hard, the towels were stiff. The floor may be warped and peeling, but the quilt and sheets are relatively clean, so that's fine.

The location of the homestay is on the top of the mountain, and it is directly accessible according to the navigation route; I spent two days here for leisure time. Leisure, entertainment and dining are all available. The most important thing is that the children have a great time. There are two deer in the yard, cats and big geese. The boss also provides real objects to experience feeding; Although the weather is a bit cold, the air conditioning in the room is very powerful. The restaurant's dishes are also very rich, tried a few stir-fried dishes are very delicious, and I ordered a small hot pot at night, and it felt too hot to googo!

While the accommodation and environment at your hotel were quite good, this was my first time staying at Qianna Hotel, and the breakfast experience was extremely poor. This is the first time I've given a negative review, and it's for your hotel. Your hotel's breakfast hours are 7:00-9:30, but when I went at 8:45 on February 21st, most of the food and drinks were gone. I suspect other guests who went to the restaurant after me had the same experience. The main dishes, soy milk, and millet porridge were all gone, leaving only spicy soup and some side dishes. When I asked the staff, they were initially unclear, but after checking the kitchen, they said they were also out of stock. How does your hotel ensure breakfast during the Spring Festival? Is there no emergency preparedness? My experience at your hotel was terrible! Terrible! Terrible!

The Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The fairytale castle exterior is incredibly dreamy, and the crystal chandelier in the lobby is stunning. The service is meticulous and attentive; the staff are enthusiastic, proactive, and respond super quickly. The polar bear-themed room is full of childlike wonder, clean, and comfortable. With exclusive guest access, free mini-train shuttle, giraffe feeding, and a fantastic kids' play area, it's perfect for families with children. The breakfast is rich and varied, with thoughtful details. It's the ultimate family-friendly resort – highly recommended!

This hotel is really great! It's close to all the attractions, and after a long day of sightseeing, you can relax in the hot springs. The housekeeping staff, particularly Zhang Jianqiu and Chang Xianghong, were incredibly warm and efficient. When I wanted to use the hot spring, Sister Chang meticulously cleaned the tub. Seeing that I had a child, she even proactively gave us extra water. At the restaurant, Yang Jingwen noticed my child couldn't reach the table and immediately came over to ask if we needed a high chair. However, there were a couple of minor issues. I booked for two nights, but for some reason, I had to renew my room card on the second day, which I've never encountered before. Also, when I checked in, the front desk took my license plate number and said it would be registered until my departure. But when I left, I found out it hadn't been entered, and I had to contact them again to sort it out.

First, let me review the poor road conditions to the guesthouse, with some sections collapsed, no streetlights at night, making it impossible for vehicles to pass each other, and no parking. Second, I booked a 270-degree panoramic private hot spring bath for about 2,000 RMB per night. Upon arrival, I found the bathtub to be poorly clean, with stray cats dominating almost every corner of the courtyard, even though the baths were changed after each guest. The rooms at the 2,000 RMB price point were smaller and less spacious than those at the 1,000 RMB price point. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, proactively helping with luggage and greeting guests in advance. However, the restaurant and other amenities were lacking; there were few scenic spots or restaurants nearby, and it was quite far from the city center. Personally, I wouldn't recommend making a special trip there for this experience.

This experience at the motorcycle campsite guesthouse was absolutely amazing! A five-star review is a must! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the moment you stepped inside, you felt instantly comfortable. Our loft room under the stars was incredibly romantic; it happened to be raining that day, and the sound of the raindrops created a truly enchanting atmosphere. Bringing kids here is a breeze – no worries about them getting bored. The guesthouse is a paradise for children. Just open the curtains and you're greeted by a stunning lake view, with lush green mountains and clear water – pure bliss! The guesthouse is filled with motorcycle and cycling elements, showcasing personality and energy, making it perfect for cycling enthusiasts or anyone wanting to experience the outdoors. It perfectly blends nature and fun, making it a true gem for escaping the city and relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

I've stayed at the Cheered three times now, since 2018, and I'm always happy to return. First off: the hotel has the very best breakfast service I've seen anywhere. It's worth staying just for that, but secondly, the whole hotel itself is a great experience. The lobby is eye candy, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional and my rooms have always been very comfortable and clean. I like Xinmi and I have friends there, so I always enjoy my visits, but I also just look forward to getting back to the Cheered.
