This is a hotel I took the initiative to write a review, very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is affordable and the service details are superb. This was our first trip to Xishui County. The weather was cool, around 30°C. We booked the Xishui Hotel, the best five-star hotel in the area, through Ctrip, and it truly lived up to its reputation! The hotel's facilities and services were excellent! They provided complimentary fruit daily, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes. The service was warm, attentive, and meticulous, including sterilized plastic and cloth slippers, as well as disposable toilet seats. What particularly pleased us, the elderly couple, was the hotel's lakeside garden; an evening stroll along the lake was incredibly pleasant. Our two-day stay at the Xishui Hotel was truly memorable, and we give them a thumbs up!

I stayed here for a total of 3 days on a business trip. The aunt cleaned up in time. Even if you don't need cleaning, you will replenish mineral water and paper towels. Before checking out, the aunt just cleaned our floor and she cleaned our room first. Fortunately, my comb didn't fall in the hotel because my aunt went to clean it. grateful!

The hotel service is very good, but when I entered the room, there was a smell. The waiter carefully checked and found that the slippers were coming out. Yes, it was the smell of plastic slippers mixed with feet (the waiter asked us if we want to change the room, we said You can wait for a while.) The slippers were taken away, and we went for a walk. The smell did not dissipate when we came back at night, but we found that the cabinet rack where the shoes were also smelled. Then we cleaned it with paper towels. There is still a residue, I smell it in the middle of the night, and it feels over in the morning. In addition, the bathroom light was broken on the night of the stay. Other aspects of the hotel are pretty good. The lesson of staying this time is to change the room after staying in the hotel and find that something is wrong.

There are many parking spaces in front, about 20 cars can be parked, and the dam is available for tourists to relax! My favorite is to see the green eyes from the window and the goose, ducks in the stream, the five-year-old white cockroaches in the opposite mountain!
