This was my first time visiting Xuan'en, and I stayed at the Ya Yue Hotel. From the moment I entered the lobby, the receptionist greeted us warmly. They asked if we wanted to see our booked room, and then showed it to me. Since I had booked a comfortable twin room, I went to the lobby on the first floor to ask if we could upgrade to a smart room. The receptionist said it was free, which sounded great! After checking in, I found the room to be very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was also very clean, and the toiletries were complete. To my surprise, there were even small hand towels – a thoughtful detail considering where guests might have a place to dry their hands. It shows the hotel's care for every guest! The service was excellent and very welcoming. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, only a four or five-minute walk, which was very convenient for us traveling with friends! There was even a small tea table in the room, so we could brew a pot of tea and enjoy its aroma after visiting the attractions! The mattress was soft, and the pillows were very comfortable!
