YYuetPinkThis hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

AAnonymous UserI highly recommend this B&B located in the Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area! The breathtaking scenery of Xiaodongjiang River greets you from the window. The crystal-clear waters and lush green trees lining its banks create a breathtaking natural landscape. It's also very close to Stand 4, so if you want to watch fishermen casting their nets in the morning, it's just a short walk away – very convenient. The B&B also has parking, so if you're driving, you won't have to worry about parking. The interior is also thoughtfully decorated, simple yet stylish, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and rivers from inside.

郴州目前服務和品質最好的酒店了；
早餐很好吃，自有的餐廳餐飲也不錯！覺得不輸費大廚，且味道更地道；
坐船遊湖，離酒店很近；
酒店旁的騎行綠道，散散步也是愜意十足；
這裏的工作人員讓人很舒服，給人一種回到家的温暖和踏實；
大灣區的真的可以自駕東江湖玩的時候，住這家；
床品、用品這些品質很不錯；住過郴州其他家，這家的品質和服務真的不得不誇！
家裡小朋友很喜歡，人都住的靈氣很多，推薦推薦！

It made my unpleasant trip better. The hotel is very clean, new and has facilities. It is also well-equipped. The room faces the river and has a large terrace. The scenery is very different at night and in the morning, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is also very rich and the seats are very comfortable. It is a good place to relax while enjoying the foggy view of the Dongjiang River while eating breakfast. Recommended. The gym facilities are very complete, very new and professional.
The reason for moving to this hotel: I originally booked a hotel called (Manju, Shuyinjingjing B&B). The photos I saw on TRIP.COM (the photos were deceptive) were very attractive, so I booked a room online and went to see what I saw. , we were supposed to be the only ones renting that day, and the landlord took us to the room. The facilities we saw along the way looked like a refugee camp. The room looked like it had just been renovated and smelled of paint. The so-called big round bed was so pitifully thin that it could only sleep one person at most. At that time, I asked the landlord to change the room. The landlord changed the room to a double bed room. I thought it should be OK. Since there was a price difference, I asked the landlord to refund the price difference. During this period, I also tried to supply hot water for showering. After turning on the hot water for ten minutes, there was no hot water. I asked the landlord. , he said there was hot water, but he thought there was no hot water supply when the water heater was boiling water, so he went out to have dinner. After dinner, he asked the landlord again. He said there was hot water, but after boiling the water for ten minutes, the water was still cold. Yes, I asked the landlord, and he said that the hot water pump was broken and could not supply hot water. He asked us to go to the laundry room to wash it. My mood hit rock bottom and asked the landlord to cancel the lease and leave. Finally, we booked this hotel and felt better again. . To be honest, don’t rent a room if the facilities are not usable. Guests will have to work hard. For a B&B with a five-star rating, the promotional photos are first-rate, but the actual scene is second-rate. I hope trip.com can also monitor it to avoid falling into the photo trap.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is located right inside the scenic area, very close to the viewing platform. It's convenient for watching net casting in the morning – just a few minutes' walk away. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent air conditioning and heating, and comfortable bedding. What touched me most was the owner's thoughtfulness; she had already turned on the heating before we arrived, so the moment we entered, we were enveloped in warmth. This thoughtfulness truly touched my heart! A perfect score!

GGuest UserThis time I traveled in Dongjiang Lake, the experience of staying at the Accord Hotel was super good! The location is superb, close to the Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area, it is very convenient to travel and play. The hotel is a Chinese courtyard style, especially elegant, the room is clean and spacious, the front desk service is warm, the staff is beautiful and welcoming, the children are very relieved to swim in the pool, the restaurant on the first floor is convenient to eat, the infinity pool, clean 3rd floor and gym, come back next time! Service 100 points

GGuest UserWe originally booked a king-size room at a special price. We only found out it had a squat toilet when we got there. Since there were elderly people there, we paid extra to upgrade to a tatami room with a toilet. Luckily, it was off-season, and the room we got was quite large! Very clean! The young lady who checked us in was very helpful 👍 She even helped us clean the trash the next day, not caring about the mess or the fatigue. The hostess was also very kind and helped us arrange a car to visit two remote scenic spots, especially the one to Gaoyiling on our last day. The car was a seven-seater and the price was very reasonable! Overall, this room was a great value! We went for a walk around Dongjiang Lake, and after a morning tour, we could refresh ourselves and visit another scenic spot. The location is great.

- 位置超絕：酒店就在東江湖畔，離白廊碼頭近，步行幾分鐘就能欣賞到寬闊澄澈的湖面。周邊餐飲配套豐富，吃飯很方便，而且離鳳凰島等景點也近，遊玩便利。
- 房間舒適：房間寬敞，裝修是簡約温馨風，住起來很舒服。我住的室內泡池大床房，2米的特大床超寬敞，還有私人泡池，晚上泡個澡，愜意十足。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全且新，細節之處盡顯用心 ，比如牀頭櫃的置物架，放私人物品很實用。
- 設施驚艷：頂樓的無邊泳池太棒了，一邊游泳一邊將東江湖美景盡收眼底，早上還能看第一縷陽光灑在湖面，拍照超好看。
- 服務貼心：從前台辦理入住到工作人員幫忙指路、拿行李，服務熱情周到。還會主動推薦周邊美食，像東江烤魚、魚粉，味道超讚。
性價比超高的一家酒店，下次來東江湖，還選這兒！

The staff are friendly and polite, the check-in process is simple and quick, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The location is incredibly convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Dongjiang Lake and very close to Gaoyiling! The location is excellent, with many snack options nearby, and the hotel is very clean. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zixing.
