It was so beautiful, I was speechless. My friend and I just sat there in the chairs, quietly admiring the view for ages. And then, I think the second most beautiful sight is the lobby; it's unbelievably gorgeous. The room itself was very clean, so much so that you could walk barefoot on the floor, which really added to that 'at home' feeling, very atmospheric. My only minor wish is that some of the room facilities could be refurbished, and the disposable towels could be a bit thicker. I will definitely be back, just you wait, haha!"

Overall, the experience was just average."

The dishes are authentic Xiangwei, live water fish must be tried, freshly made, the meat is fine and tender; the fried chicken with tea oil is very aromatic. The price is reasonable, and there is no imagined situation around the scenic spot. The store was cleaned up, and the boss also enthusiastically told us the best time period to see the fog, and there were niche check-in points. It is rare to meet this kind of store when you travel. I will visit it next time and recommend it to friends who come to play."

"The itinerary was basic, but the hotel was anything but. We stayed at a truly elegant hotel on the other side of the Xiaodong River. I pondered for a long time what words to describe it. It had a wabi-sabi feel, yet the details were human and warm. It had a traditional style, yet the rooms reflected a technological and modern aesthetic. Finally, I realized this might be the "quality" we were looking for. It's said that the owner had previously worked as a teacher, then achieved financial independence by starting a tech company. In his 50s, he built a hotel, freed from worldly scrutiny and able to design and operate it to his own taste. In the evening, I sat in the lounge, enjoying a rich cocktail, listening to the graceful guzheng music, and observing the beautiful young women. All my emotional wrinkles were smoothed out, leaving behind a stable core. Not only the food and accommodation, but also the hotel's cultural experience programs were thoughtfully curated. The hotel also has its own dock with direct access to the Xiaodong River Visitor Center on the other side. Riding on a bamboo raft, the river breeze caressed my face, making me feel that life is beautiful and life is precious."

"I specifically chose a river-view room, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows facing the river directly. It rained the day we went, and the entire river was shrouded in mist, like a beautiful landscape painting – absolutely gorgeous! In the evening, the sunset bathed the river in its glow, and at night, the river was dotted with lights; just sitting there and daydreaming was incredibly soothing. The whole room was spotless, the bathroom was watertight, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The host was incredibly honest and kind, providing detailed directions before check-in and patiently introducing nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. It's a short walk to the river, and the environment is quiet and peaceful – a perfect place for a vacation. I've already recommended it to friends, and they'll definitely stay here again when they visit."

"We woke up at 5 AM to see Xiao Dongjiang enveloped in morning mist. By about 9:30 AM, our visit to the scenic area was over, and the sun was already getting strong. Being able to head straight back to the guesthouse for a nap afterwards was just perfect! The guesthouse owner was also very hospitable. My only suggestion is to add mini-fridges to the rooms. Especially in summer, a cold drink after returning would be a real treat!"

The concierge service was incredibly thoughtful; they arranged parking in advance and even provided a detailed travel guide. Enjoying a cup of tea on the guesthouse lawn, feeling the lake breeze, and watching the sparkling water was so relaxing I didn't want to leave.
