When we used the bath, they proactively asked if we needed a bath liner, and they provided real, large towels (I'm so fed up with some B&Bs and hotels that only offer disposable ones). The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and if you weren't full, you could order another bowl of noodles for free. It was raining when we left, and the front desk staff specifically came out to offer me an umbrella. I told her we were leaving and wouldn't take it since we couldn't return it, but she said it was fine and not to get wet. Absolutely wonderful. Warm winter sun [Tea around the stove]: Tasted good. [Souvenir gift] Specialty Dongjiang small dried fish: They gave us a big bag, which saved me from having to buy souvenirs myself. Excellent. Although our room didn't have a window, the ventilation was excellent, and there were no unpleasant odors. It's only 3-4 kilometers from the Dongjiang Lake Visitor Center."

"The B&B is located in a residential complex, quite easy to find. As soon as you enter, you see the 'Zide' (Self-satisfied) sign. From the outside, it looks unassuming, but inside it's a treasure trove. It's about 700-800 meters' walk from 'Xiaozhiwei' (Petty Bourgeois Taste), so after dinner, you can walk back and digest. The transportation is quite convenient; you can walk or take a car to Xiaodongjiang. We booked a car, and it took only a few minutes to get there. My friend recommended this place after having a good experience herself. The room is very clean, and the owner has excellent taste. The facilities inside are very modern, with smart charging for phones, automatic curtains, and so on. The decor is also beautiful, with great aesthetics online. We didn't even need to leave the room for photos; we could get great shots right there, and they even provided photo props. The 270-degree river view encompasses the entire lake, super beautiful. The room comes with many disposable items, such as toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels (which are super thick), so you don't need to bring your own. The two double beds are large and comfortable; we brought an 1.8m x 2m disposable bed sheet, and it still couldn't cover them. The hygiene is also up to par; we didn't find any spots that weren't clean, and there was no odor in the bathroom. I went with colleagues, and everyone raved about it, saying it was an amazing stay, great value for money, haha. We've already recommended this hotel to other friends. Upon check-in, we received fruit and coffee; the owner's handmade coffee was delicious. In the evening, after a long day, you can relax downstairs, enjoy the breeze, gaze at the river view, chat with friends, and play cards – that's the meaning of travel!. For check-out, you just leave the key at the front desk, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, we had to leave early the next morning for Xiaodongjiang and only stayed one night. Next time I have a chance to visit Chenzhou, I'll definitely book here again. Being able to stay in such a pleasant hotel on our first night in Chenzhou really improved our impression of the city. All in all, a huge thumbs-up!"
