The guesthouse has its own lovely courtyard, perfect for an afternoon tea by the fire, or a leisurely stroll along the lake in the evening – absolutely idyllic. The public areas are designed with understated elegance, featuring a book bar and a home theater, ideal for gathering with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone. It lacks the formality of a hotel and instead offers the warmth of a home and the relaxation of a vacation. This is definitely a hidden gem and a must-stay guesthouse when visiting Dongjiang Lake."

The second room had a corner light that wouldn't turn off, so I didn't sleep well all night. The TV remote was also malfunctioning. The cleanliness was so-so, but the staff were very friendly."
