Guest UserI'm completely satisfied and very happy with my stay! The location is perfect: you can get to the old town, the pedestrian zone/city center, the shopping center, the Sparrenburg castle, and the main train station very quickly. There's a central tram station right in front of the hotel!
The room is hygienic, the staff is super friendly and always tries to accommodate you! I especially enjoyed the same employee who always opened the door for me around 3:30/4 a.m. with a friendly smile!!! I'd love to come back very soon!

Pros: Close to train station, equipped with small kitchen, friendly and helpful staffs
Cons: Reception constantly unavailable, International roaming calls for hotel service (booking issues / laundry) probably costs more than the room itself, TV suddenly turned on at 1am

房間還可以，還很乾凈，設施都比較齊全，周圍是山，太偏了，衹有開車，要不然到不了，早餐太貴了，吃不到啥，不建議在酒店吃早餐
