Bochum Hotels with Breakfast

Good service, good facilities, breakfast was a bit limited in selection. I was satisfied.

Gostei muito do hotel. É possível fazer check in na maquina ou com a recepção. Todos os funcionários que encontrei foram muito educados e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo, era grande e confortável. Gostei da cama, tinha ar condicionado, o chuveiro era bom também. Meu quarto era para os fundos, janela de frente para o estacionamento, não ouvi nenhum barulho. Fui andando da estação central, mas é possível descer em uma estação mais próxima. Há uma obra em frente ao hotel no momento, é um pouco ruim andar na rua ali, mas o hotel não tem controle sobre isso e é uma coisa temporária. Recomendo fortemente esse hotel, não só por custo benefício, mas a qualidade em geral mesmo.

We could only make positive experiences with the Hotel Haus Vocke. The receptionist has received us very friendly, the rooms were very clean and very clean and had really something of holiday feeling. If I'm in Bochum again, I'll definitely book Hotel Haus Vocke again.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauberund hatte eine gute Lange. Im Restaurant konnte man man sehr gut essen und die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich. Das selbe kann man vom Frühstücken sagen. Wir kommen wieder.

Booked for 3 nights to attend a Rammstein concert in nearby Gelsenkirchen. A little out of the way (11km from Gelsenkirchen itself) but a really laid back atmosphere. As my German is very rusty, I was grateful to see that several members of reception spoke English. Although their website states they have a restaurant, it appears that it’s only a continental breakfast and no lunches or dinners available. Anyone who has travelled to Germany, knows that a Sunday basically means hardly anywhere is open. As a disabled traveller, walking into the local area was out of the question, so had to scramble to check food delivery apps to see who would actually be able to deliver. This was frustrating to those who don’t drive in European countries or have the ability to walk very far. However, the staff were very helpful and did try to assist where and whenever possible. Should I return to this beautiful area of Germany, I would still wish to stay here, just knowing that you can breakfast here and eat out or have takeout delivered for lunch and dinner.

I live alone in a small room, separate bathroom, simple and neat facilities, all details (such as the design of hangers, socket arrangement) are very satisfactory to me. A little walking distance from the light rail, but the bus should be able to. The community in the location is very good and quiet.
