"The hotel, especially the lobby, is very modern and stylish. When you look closely, especially in the room, it is obvious that it is sometimes updated and has become old.
The room is small. Too small, the toilet and bathroom are inseparable in the room. It is definitely not recommended for newlyweds or people who are not so open because it has no privacy. The room is also very noisy. Sometimes you will understand what your neighbors say. When the flushing function next door is activated, you will hear the sound of water running down the pipe. These views sometimes disturb our sleep.
However, you must stay realistic and say that this hotel is good and worth recommending a three-star hotel. The location is perfect, cleanliness is ok. The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent German. The food is clean but delicious, and the bar meets some beverage requests. As a small highlight, you can highlight the roof terrace with two whirlpools and sauna. The ordinary swimming pool is also very good.
We will book the hotel again at any time."

"I was traveling in Mallorca that day and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I booked this hotel last minute, snagging the very last room. It turned out to be the perfect choice. This hotel is very new; the general manager told me it only opened last October and was even closed for three months during winter for maintenance, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling. The staff speak excellent English, the design aesthetic is spot-on, and there are so many photo opportunities and sights to see in the common areas. Breakfast was also exquisite. The front desk lady was beautiful, spoke great English, and provided excellent service – she was incredibly attentive. We had a lovely chat, and I told her I absolutely had to praise her on Chinese social media; I hope she gets to see this! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, parking is free and very convenient here; they'll even help you move your car and arrange a spot, which is actually quite rare in Mallorca."

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.

Very relaxing stay in the Plaza Hotel. Room's are very compact but comfortable and we had a nice front facing balcony looking out over the main roundabout of santa ponsa. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Lia on reception who helped us check into our room and made our stay very relaxing. The location of the hotel is perfect to access the beach only 5 minutes walk and the main bus and taxi terminal is right on your doorstep should you want to travel to anywhere on the island. Don't forget to try Pina Colada!

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.

Very touristy area but with direct access to the beach. Ideal for a relaxed vacation to enjoy the beach and the pool with a cocktail in hand. The staff is friendly and the rooms clean.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! Great selection of food and drinks. The man on reception is super helpful and friendly even at 11.45pm! Lovely small hotel with a small pool Comfy beds and the balcony is spacious with an area to dry towels etc. The hotel offers towels for rent but we bought one for €5 in the supermarket next door. Cleaned every day and cleaned well. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The fabulous beach is a 10minute stroll, with a massive supply of sun beds ( €20.50 a day for 2 beds under a fixed umbrella and an attached safety box) We will definitely go back to Playas del Rey

Overall, a very positive experience. The location was good. The staff were incredibly friendly. The cleanliness was excellent. The pool was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it.
