Guest UserThe hotel is located on a hill with a direct sea view. I booked a sea-view room, but was given one with an obstructed view, which wasn't great. Plus, right next door was an outdoor gym, and people started working out very early, which was a bit noisy. The hotel breakfast is à la carte, but the taste was just so-so, and it was pretty much the same every day for the three nights I stayed.

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.
The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.
Another reason I keep coming back is the atmosphere—Hotel Bendinat is peaceful, refined, and never overcrowded. Unlike larger resorts, it maintains a boutique, exclusive feel. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, taking

The sea view is nice and the facilities are relatively new. The toilet is too small and the door design is unreasonable. The room cleaning is also average. The toilet paper ran out on the first day and was not replenished for the next three days, and no water was provided. It is far from the city, suitable for self-driving and lying flat. There are no buses nearby, and the transportation is not very convenient.

Guest UserThe hotel pool looks great, but it's really overcrowded. So many people reserve loungers with their towels early in the morning, by 8 a.m. there are no spots left, and it's obvious nobody is actually using them, just saving them. We booked a sea view room but were given a corner room instead. Looking at Ctrip reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to, which makes me wonder if it's discrimination against Chinese guests. On the plus side, the room seemed bigger than in the photos. As for the sea view, we checked in late at night, so I couldn't be bothered to deal with it.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful family holiday at the Valentin Grand Park Suite Hotel. The hotel was a great choice for our trip, and we especially appreciated how much there was for the children to enjoy.
One of the highlights for us was the evening entertainment. The shows were really enjoyable and professionally done, with something for both adults and children. It was lovely to be able to finish the day together as a family, enjoying a great show and a relaxed atmosphere.
The kids’ club was another big highlight. Our children had a fantastic time there and really enjoyed the activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable leaving the kids to have fun while we had a little time to ourselves. It was great to see how happy and excited they were to go back.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing family holiday. We would happily stay here again!

Freddie AtchisonEasy check in. Perfect location. Wonderful views from the sea facing rooms. Very close to Magalluf ***** but also within walking distance of bars and restaurants of Palmanova. Bit of a steep hill in front of the hotel, but manageable if mobile. Food and drinks in the hotel of good quality and reasonably priced. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, particularly Ian, the manager, who makes a point of speaking with every resident during the day, around the poolside. Resident DJ plays chilled tunes all day beside the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for adults of all ages, and will definitely return again soon. Thank you.

Guest UserLocation:
The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient.
Hotel Staff:
The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep.
Room Experience:
My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated.
Restaurant & Food:
The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing.
On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them!
Facilities:
The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views.
Solo Travel Notes:
I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.

Hotel was centrally located for bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk as well as the beach. Room was a good size and staff were friendly especially at the bar by the pool.

Storm24We stayed in a superior triple room, such a stunning view and the whole hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly and we felt very welcomed!
The main pool is lovely, the only thing I would say is that I saw on the pool rules that you can’t reserve sun beds, yet many people left towels on them all day and you never saw them until late afternoon, which isn’t fair on everyone. Nothing against the hotel at all, but if you want a sunbed, you need to reserve one in the morning!
