"The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchenette has everything you need. The rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is friendly. The hotel is further from the center, so it was not very noisy, but close to the bus stop, so there were no problems. One of the most beautiful places to watch the sunset, just a minute from the gate. Two pools, one for children, the other deeper, on different sides of the building, so there was always a free sunbed. Since cooking is done in the rooms, you can smell the food from other rooms (there are hoods, but apparently not everyone uses them)"

GGuest UserExcellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

It's in the western city center of the island ~ But the auntie didn't take the initiative to clean during the stay, which needs to be improved.

GGuest UserVery comfortable bed and 10/10 pillows. Spectacular sea views, but it is not 500m from the centre, rather double that and there are also 121 stairs. Breakfast is €15 at the hotel. The jacuzzi is small and shared. The staff is very friendly except for the morning receptionists.

They require training in manners indeed - The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre - I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before - The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement - Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza..

GGuest User“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

GGuest UserHe vuelto a alojarme esta misma semana en otro hotel de la misma cadena, y he notado algunas diferencias importantes. Este hotel está un poco más apartado y, lamentablemente, no tiene vistas al mar, algo que aprecié mucho en el otro establecimiento. Sin embargo, un punto muy positivo ha sido la comida: mucho mejor en comparación. Los platos están más cuidados, con mejor sabor y una selección más acertada. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, tanto en recepción como el resto del equipo. Se nota un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, algo que valoro mucho. En general, a pesar de la ubicación menos privilegiada, la experiencia ha sido buena, sobre todo gracias a la calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del personal.

PPatriciaMi estadía en este hotel ha sido muy placentera. Después de tener una experiencia negativa en un hotel más costoso, más estrellas y en otra playa de Ibiza. El checkin fue rápido. La habitación básica, pero de buen tamaño, cómoda. Con placard grande y apoyo de valijas. Escritorio con silla y un sillón. Balcón con sillas y mesa. Vista lateral al mar. Las sábanas estaban limpias. Toallas correctas Revestimientos y terminaciones algo antiguos y gastados. Pero todo limpio El desayuno buffet se da en un espacio enorme con vista al mar y sector a la piscina. Hay mucha variedad. Los jugos de máquina son realmente malos al igual que el café. Pero hay tés y chocolates. Variedad de panes, tartas y churros. Todo lo salado huevos clásicos y frutas variadas. Tiene muchos lugares para cargar los dispositivos electrónicos. Allí también se sirve la cena. La piscina tiene música en vivo, hay varios bares de tragos. Y el atardecer allí se disfruta hasta tarde. Distintas tipologías de mobiliario exterior, de sillones, etc. El restaurant al mar es muy bueno, Guardan las valijas hasta cualquier hora en una Habitación grande. La avenida del acceso tiene restaurantes y tiendas de regalos y ropa, enfrente un supermercado. Bowling a una cuadra. Se puede caminar por la playa para ir a otros hoteles y restaurantes o por la avenida principal. La Parada de taxis está a 50 metros al igual que la del bus que va al centro de Ibiza. Se puede llegar al mismo caminando inclusive Volvería al hotel. Me pareció genial y economico

I came here with my partner, and from the moment we checked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool area was perfect for relaxing during the day, and we loved spending our mornings there with a coffee and some sun. The beach is just a short walk away, and Cala Tarida is absolutely stunning – crystal-clear waters and breathtaking sunsets every evening. One of the best parts of the trip was how well-located the hotel is. During our stay, we had the chance to explore some of the top spots in Ibiza – including sunset views at Café del Mar, dancing the night away at Ushuaïa, and enjoying the lively vibes of Pacha. We also found some amazing beach clubs and hidden coves along the coast.
