Got there a little early, and asked to store our luggage until check in time of 2pm but the young man said let me check if your room is ready, which it was, he let us have the room and directed us where to park our car. Fantastic service. We had a lovely room and throughly enjoyed our stay in Cartagena. What a lovely city

The location, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. However, it was smaller than I expected. The private bathroom would have been a welcome addition. Accommodation in Madrid is incredibly expensive, so it's worth considering carefully. In any case, I had a satisfactory stay.

Hotel is at good location while the city is also very good. Everything is at walking distance from main bus stop. Don’t make a mistake to take taxi to La Manga which costed me 40€ one side while the bus was only 7€ for 2 people. We took the bus back and it took only 30 mins.

Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Cartagena. Reception were really friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful. Very modern and nicely fitted out. We also had a kettle in the room with teas & coffees and a fridge. Would definitely book this hotel again.

MMax LyOld furniture, doors, etc. all the hotel requires renovation. It is difficult to find the hotel location. 20 min walking to central square of Murcia. Receptionist works perfectly, 24/7. Very polite reception and really helpful.

GGuest UserThe pool and sun terrace area are stunning and there is plenty of space around so as not to be crowded even in summer. Everything was spotlessly clean. The service is great at reception and in the bar and restaurant area. The only negative is the lack of bars in the immediate vicinity.

Fantastic hotel in Murcia, close to everything on foot and by car. Excellent facilities and a spacious room with an extra-large bed, sofa, small table with two chairs, a coffee table for luggage, and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped and well-lit.
