GGuest UserWe were welcome by your friendly and pleasant Moroccan staff at the reception counter. He was very friendly, attentive, ready and willing to answer to any request professionally. The vibes he created were very positive. An exemplary service!
The room was clean, spacious with all amenities provided. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance to the supermarket and bus stop to the airport.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Your hospitality is what makes this hotel stand out. We left the hotel with a very good impression and will definitely be back!

DDewiskiThe second time we are in this hotel. Loved it the first time and still love it now. Location wise is perfect for ys because we plan only to visit the nearby places like Geneve, Nyon etc. We dont use it but just in case people want to go to geneva without driving, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. This time we have an apartment so its even more spacious for the 2 of us. The AC is very cold eventhough it’s a little loud. The receptionist, Hikmat, is frriendly and helpful and gave us access to underground parking for free. Thank you. Hope to stay here again.

GGuest UserSimple but nicely located between river and golf course. Equipment is a bit dated but suffices for normal use, lack of the dishwasher is what I missed the most.
WiFi stability needs some work too.
All in all, it does the job but not much more than that;)

GGuest UserIt is a hotel located in the boarder France and Geneva, so it is a cost effective selection for traveling to Geneva. The overall experience is good for such a price, quite clean, service is great. But it is a little bit inconvenient if you back hotel late by public transportation.

Mmiss banzaiI loved my stay there. Such a beautiful old style building hotel. It really has a charm and located in such a great location in the heart of the city. There is basically like a park in front of the hotel where you hang out and lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself also has a charming restaurant, I haven't tried though. But atmosphere and menue look really nice. I came for work, but I'd totally recommend this hotel for people visiting Bourg en Bresse. It just suits the charm of the city. Unfortunately I did not try the breakfast but I believe it must be totally reasonable. I would come back tot this hotel if come to this city again. A beautiful city BTW.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite convenient. It's only a 10-minute drive from Geneva Airport and less than 30 minutes by public transport from Geneva's main train station. Additionally, there's a large Carrefour nearby, which is very handy for shopping.
The room was overall clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a short stay. However, there were a few downsides. The drainage system had a noticeable odor, which was unpleasant, and there was no hairdryer provided in the room, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
On the whole, the hotel is a decent choice for those looking for a budget-friendly and accessible option near Geneva, though there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities.

Mmiss banzaiHotel is really cute and has a bit of an art nouveau style which has a charm. Also there is directly a park you can enter from the back of the hotel. The room were really cute except for the bathroom very old style all in brown. But it has a funny touch. Location of the hotel is conevnient in the sense that it's just next to the train station and about 10-15min walk to the city centre. Hotel has a small garage for the car otherwise lots of public parking spots along the streets. Breakfast room is really calm and has a nice atmosphere, choices of food was OK, all the basic needs. For business or tourism it's to recommend. Good value for price. And the staff are friendly

The only downside was that not all the outlets in the room worked, there was no toilet paper (but I didn't bother asking), and they charged me double tax because it was a double room (though in other cities I've been charged double tax even in a triple room).
