Everything’s is more than good, especially staff and they are really have storage for bikes, very useful. Hotel is not so far from Train station and main attractions, just few steps from historical street with restaurants. Only one things is … there isn’t soundproofing, noise from neighboring rooms disturbed sometimes. Definitely recommend hotel, why only two stars hotel , it’s more than….

Near Gallia in Strasbourg, about 200 meters from the tram station and about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Since it shows that the bathtub room can be booked, it should be arranged, on the pretext of full room, since the order is confirmed, it shows that our agreement is established, and the result is to arrange a room type that does not meet our agreement on the spot, which is obviously not in line with the spirit of compliance advocated by Europe. This is a fraud. I want to give Trip a thumbs up here, I have been insisting on helping us communicate with relevant agents and hotels, and finally reached a compensation agreement. The environment of the hotel is good, the so-called castle hotel, the castle is small, but the building is beautiful, there are forests and lotus ponds in the courtyard, there are small frogs on the lotus leaves, the restaurant is open, sitting in the yard to eat, watching the scenery is very comfortable. The hotel also has a small swimming pool. The hardware is good and the environment is very good. The facilities in the room are also very new and the bathroom facilities are of good quality. The location of the hotel is on the half-mountain side of Tour, the Loire River is under the mountain, and the old town of Tour is also under the mountain, about3.5 kilometers away. Driving down the mountain, you can locate the church of Tur. After the evening, you can park your car in the parking lot between the church and the castle. It is free. There are various restaurants on the side street. There is also a Carrefour open until 10 pm. The street restaurant has French Italian and Syrian dishes. French food is more troublesome. It is not very troublesome to speak French. The price per person is about 20 euros. If you want insurance, go to eat simple Turkish barbecue.

Good morning I booked a room for the Valentine's Day Hotel I came with my wife and then we made a reservation at the restaurant for a special menu of Valentine's Day we asked us to arrive before 21:30 what we did for have the menu that was intended for us except that we arrived well before to be sure have the special menu Valentine we arrived at 20:45 and we are told that it is too late that there is no longer enough for everyone so I am very disappointed I show my disappointment I say I made the reservation a week in advance and I was promised that we were entitled to a special Valentine menu after having said several times our dissatisfaction we were offered to make us the menu that was agreed but with a limited quantity it is really a bad for such a hotel because the place is beautiful the hotel with pool jacuzzi and hammam and great but the restaurant is not the author of the very disappointed hotel one has signed the incident at the host on the day of our departure and we were taken 40 € from the special menu price of St. Valentine but we would have preferred to pay the agreed price and be served correctly as agreed so it is a pity for such a establishment

The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Tours train station and is easy to find. The hotel front desk is closed from 12:00 to 3:00 pm, supposedly due to lack of staff. As an apartment hotel, the facilities are fully equipped, including induction cooker, microwave, and tableware. Breakfast is 12 euros per person, with few varieties, a bit not worth it. It is recommended to eat at McDonald's next to the train station. Free parking is available on the roadside (if you are lucky and there is an empty parking space). Tours Cathedral is very nice, less than 20 minutes walk away.

Il parcheggio gratuito e la posizione lo rendono un ottimo hotel per muoversi in auto per visitare i castelli della Loira. Le camere sono molto essenziali e piccole ma pulite. Il personale è gentilissimo. Colazione buona.

Initially it seemed like a sketchy place and had some trouble finding it and getting access to the building. Was pleasantly surprised by the room. They accommodated us with an early checkout and early breakfast. Would recommend it. Breakfast was good.

25 mins walk to Cathedral. Parking is challenging except for small cars in a secure hotel parking lot for €12 per stay. Local craft beer bistro (Le Croque Bedaine on 153 Rue Colbert) - super friendly owners who are car enthusiasts (Porsche & Japanese sport cars). Nice bar snacks with happy hour till 8pm.

The room is at the corner so it is slightly larger. The bathroom is large and may be wheelchair accessible. The hotel is close to the train station and convenient for taking the train. The surrounding environment is very quiet at night. The front desk service attitude is very good and provides luggage storage service.
