"Great priced hotel adjacent to a large park. Only a few minutes walk from Piraeus Port Gates 7, 8 & 9 and Metro into Athens and airport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, harbour and only 10 minute walk to beach. Room very clean, bathroom modern and decor tasteful with soft furnishings and fittings all coordinated. Air-conditioning great and mini fridge actually cold. Towels and toiletries provided too. Yes the wardrobes and furniture a bit dated but have been painted to give more contemporary feel and everything matches, even the scatter cushions and curtains. Added bonus was lovely balcony overlooking the park. The staff too - front of house, cleaners, waiting staff all smiley and helpful. Seriously, for the price including a light continental breakfast you can't go wrong. We would highly recommend for a night or 2 stay before and after island hopping. Will definitely return. Sorry forgot to take photo of room before we'd messed it up. View from 4th floor overlooking park."

How should I put it... the room was very spacious, good enough for an overnight stay, especially considering the price! It's right opposite the pier and also very close to the subway station. However, the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom was damaged, but the room otherwise felt newly renovated... I don't understand why. Also, when I checked in, a male front desk staff charged me a 10 euro city tax. Since it was already past midnight and I had an early flight the next morning, I didn't pay much attention. But after I got back, I noticed Ctrip stated the city tax was 5 euros?! Was I ripped off? And it's not a small amount either! I'm speechless... Anyway, for those planning to stay, please pay attention to this!!!

The hotel is very close to Matou and it is very convenient to take the ferry. The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. There is a small restaurant open 24 hours to provide free coffee and tea. Breakfast is super delicious (Western breakfast)! It is very suitable for taking a boat to different islands after breakfast. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel. The room was quiet and there was basically no noise. The interior and exterior are very clean. The room space is a bit small. There are 2 uneven ground (there is a pit) on the ground, not suitable for families with children and elderly. Generally, adults pay attention to walking indoors, and the problem is not big. In summer, the air conditioning in the room is not cool enough. The price is not high, suitable for tourists who need to wait for the next day to take the ferry.

The pros: It is located close to every public amenity necessary to make your visit worth it. The Internet connection is good. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will rebook if I happen to visit again. The cons: Running these homes entirely remotely with only cleaners who do not speak a word of English is a big flop. I and other occupants had issues and had to reach out to admin in Germany for solution. Imagine the cleaner assigned me to a different room, then packed up my belongings to a storeroom including my groceries in the fridge, whereas I had 7am flight to catch the next morning. I got back to the apartment by 10pm to find out, the cleaners would only come once in a day, meaning no human contacts. Imagine the frenzy to recover my items and travel the next day. Till date, the company has refused to make any compensations.

Very friendly staff room lovely and clean with nice bathrooms with shower and free shampoo/gel slept well before our short taxi to Piraeus wasn’t as close to port as I thought €8 in taxi for 3 mins trip was offered breakfast but ferry was leaving early would use again comfy bed

The hotel is great and the bed is great! The location is very convenient for all activities but there are few points that all of us have a common views. First the water flow of the shower is bad. The water is running so slow and water is not flowing well and seems like it has been blocked by a device to prevent the usage of water. Secondly, the toiletries provided is empty and there is nothing inside at all but only empty boxes. Thirdly. The televisions is totally not working at all. Maybe it’s just our luck that we were given such a lousy room.

This hotel was temporarily booked on a business trip. The front desk was very warm when I checked in. The room was very clean and there was no smell, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The location is right next to the subway entrance, it takes ten minutes to go to the customer company, and it is convenient to eat and buy things around. Stayed for three days and cleaned every day. The overall experience is very good. I will choose this one next time I come here.

Nice stay for the second time. Great location, nice staff and the parking is a big plus. The hotel is clean and the rooms large. It could do with a few cosmetic improvements and refurbishment but the ratio quality/price is one of the best. The breakfast is ok, not the main asset but the staff really kind.

It is a serendipity to have found this hotel. The location is very convenient for transportation, dining and shopping. Room is clean, breakfast is good, and staff at front desk are extremely nice and helpful. Room rate very reasonable , high performance price. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends.
