Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great quality and is staffed by people who clearly take pride in their hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep.

The room is decent but the towel is a bit smelly, not that clean. The corridor's carpet too old so the look is dirty, need replacement. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot. I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice.

This guesthouse is located above the calling Puncak mountain, making super location. Facilities are basic, but people very friendly. Also a great price

Miracle hotel is a brand new hotel that just opened in 2026. I stayed for 1 night at junior suite room, and I had issues with AC and TV. They finally solved the AC at midnight. For TV issue, I guess it related with poor wifi connection. They give me complimentary 100k vouchers at coffee shop for the inconvenience happened. For hotel in Cianjur (small city), Miracle Hotel is one of best hotel you can choose. Because it brand new, so the cleanliness is still well manage. The furniture inside the room is also nice Parking area is enough to accommodate guest in full occupancy. They do have small pool beside the lobby. There is 3 floors and elevator.

Pemandangan dan suasananya sangat bagus dan sejuk.. hanya saja fasilitas dan kondisi kamar banyak yg tidak terawat.. lalu menu sarapannya kurang variatif.. semoga kedepan bisa lebih baik.. karna sayang bgt ini hiden gem tp kurang terawat..

very good, got rinjani 5. I ordered rinjani 4 earlier but there was a mistake from the resort, he said the online order email was too late so it took precedence over the offline order. At first I was a bit upset because it wasn't confirmed at the beginning, but in the end I was even happy because it turned out that Rinjani 5 was really good. It looks better than Rinjani 4 which is cornered and looks a bit creepy because of the corner hehe. It's really quiet here, it's very quiet on the side of the road. for the cafe is top parahh, the food is all delicious especially the bogor soto is highly recommended. the service is also okay, the only downside is that the pool can't be used when it arrives. It is highly recommended to wear thick clothes because it is very cold here. next I want to come here again🫶🏻
