Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great quality and is staffed by people who clearly take pride in their hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

Not many to choose on breakfast menu, nice view, friendly staff,, abit pricey though

This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep.

The hotel is clean, fragrant, comfortable, and very cool. I especially love the room's natural stone floor, which keeps it nice and cool. The breakfast is delicious with many options. The heated swimming pool is also big. Overall, it's the best for a family vacation.

Second time we staying at grandmetrohotelpuncak The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was good. HAPPY💕

Check-in took approximately 1.5 hours. Our initial room smelled of cigarette smoke and required a room change. We had requested two twin beds and one king bed, but all rooms were prepared with king beds. The hotel offered complimentary karaoke hours to compensate us. Breakfast on both days was unpleasant due to guests occupying our table while our belongings and food were still there, as well as guests handling buffet food with bare hands. Unfortunately, staff did not manage the situation effectively.

very good, got rinjani 5. I ordered rinjani 4 earlier but there was a mistake from the resort, he said the online order email was too late so it took precedence over the offline order. At first I was a bit upset because it wasn't confirmed at the beginning, but in the end I was even happy because it turned out that Rinjani 5 was really good. It looks better than Rinjani 4 which is cornered and looks a bit creepy because of the corner hehe. It's really quiet here, it's very quiet on the side of the road. for the cafe is top parahh, the food is all delicious especially the bogor soto is highly recommended. the service is also okay, the only downside is that the pool can't be used when it arrives. It is highly recommended to wear thick clothes because it is very cold here. next I want to come here again🫶🏻
