Klojen Hotels with Breakfast

At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. This accommodation, located on the outskirts of Malang, is ideal for short-term travelers. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. The staff are very friendly, and public facilities like the restaurant are free to use. They are regularly cleaned, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay. Security is also excellent, thanks to the QR code entry system. However, the distance from the train station and the complex interior make it a potential fire hazard. Furthermore, single rooms don't allow you to open even one suitcase in any space other than the bed.

Clean, safe, friendly staff, and centrally located which makes it easy to get around. The only downside was the AC wasn't cold enough, please fix it.

it's quite nice hotel with a strategic place, you have a decent room with complete amenities and for the breakfast it's okay but you need to fix the courtesy call by chat because when you do it to early in the morning it's very annoying

During my stay, I found the hotel's location to be very convenient, as it is close to malls, markets, and many dining options. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, the room cleanliness could be improved, and surprisingly, there was no iron available for guests. This is the first time I have experienced something like this at a hotel.

Hotel didn't have an elevator but they were quick to transfer my family and I to a ground level room as my dad had walking difficulties. Overall great service & staff, will stay again in the future.

All aspects are good. friendly receptionist. Lobby and rooms are clean and tidy. complete facilities. Everything works fine. The interior is really nice for a 200k guest house class. Maybe what is different from hotels is that there are no slippers in the room. The room is not airtight (reasonable). Apart from that, parking is somewhat limited if there are lots of visitors. Overall very satisfied.. Thank you

This hotel located in the middle of the town, have 2 malls nearby. The location is strategic for strolling at night and you have access to 24h eateries like McD. The staff very accommodating and you have needs like massages, going to certain places, they show you how to reach. You can hang out at the veranda, you can hop of Grab/Gojek or Angkut easily when you walk out the hotel. The hotel’s room is undergoing some renovation. You get to enjoy a bit vintage view, a bit Indonesian view.

The guest house is new, clean and all the rooms smell good. It's very good in the room but the minus is the place on the roadside and it's difficult to park the car. The room is not so sound that cars, drones and ambulance sounds very loud in my room 308.kamar Next to my noise is like moving a mattress Because it is struck with the wall of my room. And was disturbed again when in the morning around 06.30 around Pesona Guest House there is such a loud dangdutan music. So in conclusion, the room and facilities are very good but the noise outside makes me unable to sleep .. and thank you for sending BF Maryam bread and hot tea. Maybe in the future, it can be given a kind of silence so that guests who want to rest after a day can rest without noise outside. Thank you for the charming guest house 🙏

The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
