Klojen Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel owner, an older sister, is incredibly kind and caring. My brother didn't return to the hotel that day, and when she couldn't reach him, she called the police. When she found him, he had already been in an accident and was in a semi-conscious state. She kept in touch with me, took my brother to the hospital for examination, arranged a ward and doctors, and even helped find a caregiver and contacted embassy staff. She truly is my brother's savior! When my brother's parents went to Surabaya, she also arranged their airport pickup and helped take care of them. She's such a wonderful person! (And her Chinese is excellent!)

A perfect short stop for a night before our trip to Bromo. Located exactly on the side of Alun-alun Malang. Lots of food stalls and there's a common area on the 2nd floor facing Alun-alun. Bathroom was spotless clean, the pod quite spacious for 2 people and everything works fine. Quiet hours start 9pm, the ones stayed on the top pod were a bit noisy in the quiet hours, but overall we enjoyed our stay at the place.

Ijen Suites Resort and Convention is a great hotel that left a very positive impression from start to finish. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout. Breakfast was a highlight with mostly local food on offer which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel authentic and welcoming. The staff truly stood out with their warm and genuine hospitality making every interaction pleasant. The surrounding area is also lovely and perfect for a relaxing walk in the morning or afternoon with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself comes with great amenities including a gym sauna swimming pool and cafe ensuring there is always something to enjoy during your stay. Overall nothing negative to mention at all. Keep up the excellent work.

Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

I booked this hotel for my family. The location is good. It's near Kayutangan and other must-visit places in Malang. However, the staff needed to improve their service. As an example, they didn't inform the wifi password upon arrival. Due to limited parking space, the security officers informed us to leave our car key, but forgot to ask the other guests, so we should wait before we can go out from the parking lot. We think it's better and safer if the guests keep the car key in the receptionist desk and registered the car identity number.

Good location as it’s located near the Alun Alun (City Square), the Malang Railway Station, and some legendary local culinary spots. Breakfast was decent with many choices. While the general cleanliness in the room was alright, the furnitures and amenities in the room are a bit outdated. All in all, if you’re just looking for a strategic resting place after a day exploring Malang area, this hotel is perfectly adequate

The hotel strictly requires you to pay deposit of 200 thousand rupiah when you already have prepaid full. I don’t see the need to pay a deposit of such amount because theere isn’t any mini bar provided in the rooms. I booked a king premium room with the balcony and with breakfast!! There is no mini fridge at all, no tissue, no coffee and no tea sachets, no electric kettle. The soap is so small and the shampoo and shower gel is very small bottles also. I paid the room with breakfast but The breakfast provided is not even a buffet! For halal breakfast, you have to go next door cafe and the hotel only gave you breakfast coupon of 50 000 rupiah for each person!! And you have to pay some more for the breakfast because the money coupon the hotel gave is not enough to claim for the breakfast food!! Ridiculous service this hotel has. Usually if you paid the room with breakfast, you dont have to pay anything more! Even the hotel towels not clean! The cafe in the hotel at roof top is NON Halal which serves pork. Muslims not recommended to stay here due to non halal food which has pork. Honestly, we didn’t know until we stayed here. Luckily it was only one night. But it was terrible with no amenities and service staffs not welcoming and not smiling genuinely. Only the location is good at Kayoetangan. But you can choose the Whiz Prime Hotel which is better which is nearby and also in Kayoetangan.

Great location and large room. The hotel is a historic building but the room looked old and a bit run down. Personally I didn’t like that the window looked out on the exterior walkway and sitting areas with a light so if the curtains are open for natural light everyone can see inside. It should also be noted that the pool is used for children’s swimming lessons so it can be busy at times and doesn’t have a lot of space for guests to relax. The cafe out front is a favorite with good service and food.

The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.

Quite clean, the service during check in is very easy and friendly. Strategic location close to the Oro Oro Dowo and Kayoetangan market. If Sunday is near there, there is CFD and bazaar
