Tegalsari Hotels with Breakfast

Excellent value for money! The location is superb, right next to Guben train station, and there's a large shopping mall downstairs. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Even when I ordered takeout, the concierge staff kindly delivered it right to my room.

You can always count on Amaris hotels! Even though it's a budget hotel, the cleanliness, comfortable beds, staff and front desk service, location, parking, you name it... everything was excellent. My mom and aunt all loved it. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. No regrets choosing Amaris in Surabaya! Even the breakfast was quite varied and delicious. I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Good job Amaris, keep up the good work!

Nice place, unfortunately the amenities provided are not complete, there is no kettle for tea and coffee, safe box locked, AC dripping. What I like here is that the food is delicious.

Spacious suite room, friendly staffs, they have problem with drainage, yummy breakfast, staff in restaurant name ERIKA, doing good job goes extra miles to assist, thank you.

Price is cheap and the value for money is amazing! The location makes everything super convenient — just a short walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Right downstairs there’s an Alfamart, and if you walk a little further you’ll find another 24-hour one. Across the street you’ll find Boncafe (their steak is really good!) and a 24-hour dim sum restaurant. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, but don’t worry — there’s always security at the ground entrance and they’re really friendly. Totally recommend!

Quite clean and fragrant. Unfortunately, the placement of the window is not right, because it goes through to the next corridor, so it is not soundproof. You can hear people walking, or you can clearly see the housekeeping activities on duty. A little disturbing. Just a suggestion, if you make a smoking room, rearrange the placement of the window properly, so that guests also feel safe and comfortable. The condition of the window is also damaged, the sliding cannot be closed properly. Need to rejuvenate the color of the room paint, the bathroom floor and shower are leaking. The AC is not cold enough and looks worn out. Amenities are also incomplete. Only 1 toothbrush, 2 towels, soap and shampoo in one, only 1 slipper

Very old hotel. Room dark and has the smell of oldness. first thing i saw when entering room is a lizard. Carpets has stains and burn marks (looks like electric iron). Not a single soul spotted the whole night. bath room cracks observed around the bathtub. Toilet bowl emits a strange manure smell when flushed. Will not be staying there again.
