"The hotel is nicely situated at the water and close to the city centre. The room is very spacious and clean. Gut english breakfast was served. Only down side: there was no HDMI outlet on the TV."

Great
GGuest UserHotel in a very beautiful place, spacious rooms, excellent kitchen in all restaurants. Even Michlenov restaurant with 2* stars.
There is a good swimming pool with spa.
Unfortunately, I put 3* for the service, TK when checking in the hotel do not warn that in the spa it is necessary to be in a rubber hat. The shower hat was rejected and we had to leave the pool.
I consider it appropriate to either warn when booking the need for a pool hat (no hotel in the last 10 years is about sitting such), or to give them to guests as a mandatory attribute of use, not to sell. The blonde girl on the pool recession was irritated on, it spoiled the impression of stay. Otherwise, a great hotel.
GGuest UserGreat location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.
GGuest UserThe front desk was very welcoming and the service attitude was great! It felt like home. The hotel facilities were complete and there was a car to take you to the airport. The room was quite large and clean. There was water in the room. I was super satisfied!
GGuest UserVery pleasant stay in the beautiful city for an UCC Open day in October. The hotel is very nice, cosy, great location and very helpful staff. Thank you for the pleasant city break!
GGuest UserThe Montenotee hotel is an experience of its own , fantastic views over the city , amazing interior design, delicious food and professional staff .. The glasshouse is superb with quality cocktails and surroundings. Highly recommend.
アアヅサAs the word of mouth, the breakfast was great ‼︎
I think it is recommended for those who want to eat breakfast properly.
The room was a double room for two people, and the heating was always on (although I didn't know how to turn it off), and it was January. The room is spacious 々, and there are sofas and tables, so I was grateful that there was a place to sit besides the bed where I could drink tea and relax. 😌 The TV is turned on, I gave up without any channel. There was no bathtub and only a shower, but the hot water was also comfortable and comfortable 👍 The interior and building itself were generally vintage (it was nice like an old good Western-style apartment). Only the shower was modern.
GGuest UserThe hotel was really lovely, great location and staff. The only problem I could find with the hotel was the breakfast, I had a full irish breakfast every morning at a few different times and it was always too dry. I think the hotel must prepare many, keep them under heat lamps and then just add a freshly cooked egg when they are ordered.
SSharmaSachinThe hotel was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be better. Water bottles weren’t given every day—you only get them if you ask, which felt a bit inconvenient. It’s something you expect to be taken care of without having to remind them. The internet in the room was quite slow. It worked, but not great—good enough for checking messages, but not reliable if you need to do work or stream anything. On the bright side, the lobby looked really nice—clean, modern, and a good place to sit and relax for a bit. In short, it’s not a bad place, but a few small improvements could make the stay much more comfortable. Swimming pool service was good.
GGuest UserDisappointing. Couldn’t find my booking at all. After getting a room and resting somebody entered to show the room to somebody else.
Unfortunately there was a group of ladies booked at the same time and they made a lot of noise and nobody stopping them so I got up at 3.30. Shouted at them and they went to bed. Went for a shower but no hot water. Asked for a fried egg and 2 sausages for breakfast. That took 45 minutes. It could be a great place with some organisation. We were probably unlucky on the night
