Location is good its near to city. Very good Staff and good service Food is good

Restaurant and food was excellent. The management was courteous. The housekeeping staff was found to be unfamiliar with their duty. Hand wash was not filled and it took 24hrs to get it refilled. After cleaning room old towels ere taken without replacement. No way to contact housekeeping. only call at reception with no much response.

This is a relatively new, beautiful resort style hotel with ensuite rooms at a very attractive price. The rooms are very big and tastefully furnished. Housekeeping is very good and maintains high standards. The staff at the reception are very courteous and respond quickly to requests. The restaurant on the property serves fully vegetarian cuisines of all types. We stayed here for 3 nights and had buffet breakfast on all three days and 1 ala carte lunch & 1 buffet dinner. Buffet spread is extensive and taste is authentic. The staff at the restaurant are very attentive and served us with care and love. Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. The only downside is the location. Its about 6 km from dwarka temple and autos/ taxies are not easy to get. The hotel staff helped us to book private taxis do we managed.

Very good check in and check out procedure. Staff is also carring for child. No unnecessary waiting period for any demand from customer.

My stay at the sky imperial bapu resort dwarka was comfortable and peaceful, with spacious rooms and a serene ambiance. The location is excellent, close to the dwarikadhish temple, making it convenient for pilgrims. While the hospitality was warm, there’s scope for improvement in food options and quicker service. Overall, a good choice for a relaxing stay in dwarka.

Initially while we were travelling from Somnath to this hotel in Dwarka the driver was telling it's well within city and roads may be narrow but no such issues as we reached comfortable and roads are good. The hotel is complete in the sense that clean spacious rooms, ocean view, good restaurant and courteous staff. the staff were nice and offered to arrange local transport even for our early morning vande Bharat train at 4am. at the same they didn't insist also. if we need they will help.so overall it's a great stay.
