The environment is good, the guy in the hotel is very nice, we have fried eggs for breakfast and Parma ham, and there are many amusement facilities, table tennis, table football, swings, etc., suitable for family outings, there are also great Italian restaurants nearby. AAnonymous Userlocation is excellent for those who frequently travel by train. it’s just a 2 min. walk to the station. We had requested connecting rooms, but since the hotel didn’t have any available, they kindly upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.

Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

There is only a push button on the first floor in the elevator, and the door from the first floor to the second floor is locked and you can't go to the second floor. GGuest UserA delicious small boutique hotel in an optimal location just a few steps from the station and very close to the city centre, reachable simply through the Ducal Park, whose entrance is just in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and breakfast is also satisfactory and provided, and so the cleaning of the rooms. Unlike other reviews, despite my room being at the top floor, I have noticed noise of traffic disturbances and, In response to what others have written, the plasticised towels in the lunch room were not even so dramatic, but, in the ecological sense, much more in line with the new directives that recommend less use of water and detergents.
