The warmth of the service is truly the most touching aspect here! From the moment you enter, you're greeted with meticulous and genuine hospitality. Thoughtfully, they arrange for you to change into comfortable slippers and offer a welcome drink; everything flows naturally and without pretense. I particularly remember a young female staff member with glasses who, with her fluent English and attentive, thorough explanations, made me feel incredibly comfortable and respected. Encountering such dedicated individuals during a trip is undoubtedly a rare stroke of luck. And the hotel's facilities are full of surprises! Outside the large public bath, complimentary drinks are available, along with table tennis and arcade games, adding a playful touch to your relaxation. The lobby features Japanese snacks and board games, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere; the relaxation area on the second floor is even more serene and comfortable – once you sit down, you won't want to leave. The dining experience here is simply sublime. Various alcoholic beverages are kept in ice buckets, freely awaiting wine enthusiasts! Dinner is exquisite and innovative; each dish is a stunning work of art, so delicious that it makes you want to return just for the food. Breakfast is delicate and abundant, awakening your taste buds and setting a wonderful tone for the day. The shiso soda thoughtfully provided in the in-room mini-fridge is incredibly refreshing after a hot spring soak, leaving a lasting, pleasant aftertaste. The toiletries have a delicate fragrance, leaving the skin soft and comfortable after use – even these small details are not overlooked. The overall service is friendly and sincere, without being overly familiar, yet maintaining just the right amount of professionalism. It truly feels like a 'just right' luxury experience! The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pristine, and transportation to and from the lakeside is convenient. Whether taking a taxi or using the hotel's shuttle service to JR Toya Station, it's effortless. It feels like Hotel Premium Lake Toya is not just a hotel, but a cherished memory of a journey. Here, the scenery is more than just scenery, and the service is more than just service – it's a reason to return to square one and rediscover the beauty of life.

The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's ski valet is a major reason why we ski here; it saves so much effort when you're tired from skiing. Last year, I remember there were enthusiastic staff members who helped with putting on and taking off ski boots; it seems that service isn't available this year. It would be even better if it were! 😄 Thank you! 🙏

The hotel is huge, and the room appliances are very smart, all Miele. The shuttle service to various ski resorts and the JR station is super convenient, and ski rental is also very easy. The hot springs are wonderfully relaxing, and breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that there are no or very few Chinese instructors and staff. I didn't encounter any, which was a challenge for someone like me who isn't good at English.

This hotel is nestled high in the mountains, between Lake Toya and the Sea of Japan. The view from the window is absolutely stunning. They offer a shuttle service from the train station, and there's also a stop for Lake Toya. The Japanese breakfast was incredibly refined and delicious. Unfortunately, my stay was too short, and I didn't get a chance to explore Lake Toya. I'll definitely be back for another two nights!

I was a little conflicted about my experience here. I was not sure if I would come back to the hotel given the high price point didnt really match the service. To begin with we were left alone at the check in kiosk to complete the check in on our own. There were so many staff everywhere and I noticed other staff were assisting other guests attentively. Then after completion of check in we noticed three small cups of welcome beverages beside our luggages. We have to ask the staff if they were prepared for us or not as nobody was there to serve us. That is really bad by the standard of the hotel. Might as well not serve the drinks. Dinner wise we were initially very impressed by the food spread during the dinner buffet. However we were so thirsty after the meal I guessed the kitchen had been quite generous with msg. It was also disappointing for the room windows to have stains / streaks as they affects the beautiful view of lake toya. So at the end of the day I guess it was the matter of expectation not being met as we really looked forward to the most expensive stay for our Hokkaido trip.

Overall speaking - we love the hotel! Location - its a ski in ski out resort, only 1 minute walk away from the ticket office and rental. Shuttle buses are also available to commute to other resorts. Generally speaking, its a quieter area compared to Hirafu Services - Staff were very friendly and attentive, there is a ski valet at the hotel so it makes things so much easier for us Amenities - there is a hilton shop at the lobby, that also serves as a convenience store. As there is no convenience store around Niseko Village, the shop comes in handy. Love the onsen facility as well, perfect to wrap up the day after skiing Room - hotel room is slightly smaller and worn out than expected, but the view outside the room is amazing Would highly recommend Hilton NV!

The plus point of this hotel is the outdoor mixed gender onsen. The location is inconvenient, although there is shuttle bus provided but limited time slot. There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby. I was advised the late check out rate at ¥3300 per hour but I was confused when 1 of the staff advised another guest at ¥2200 per hour. Why double standard? I guess maybe it depends on the room type?

This apartment is perfect for families, featuring three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a living area with plenty of functional space. It was very clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home.

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
