Parking is free and the check-in attendant is fluent in Mandarin and English. There is a delicious grilled oyster restaurant within a two-minute walk. The hot springs are remarkable, and there are free beer and ice cream before 10pm. The experience is very good and I would definitely recommend it.

The overall experience was ok. The path to hotel is a pebbled slope and stoned entrance, it’s gave me sort of a nostalgic feel, but it’s not luggage friendly. But I must say the hotel needs to do something on the ventilation/air circulation in the building. The room I stayed was near to the dining hall so the BBQ & food smell travelled & lingered along my room floor corridor throughout my stay. The onsen is located at the same section as the dining hall, the smell affected there as well. 

The evening buffet had a wide variety of food, and beer and wine were all-you-can-drink. Pancakes ordered in the morning were also included. In the lounge, water, tea, and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and ice cream and momiji manju were even available for free, so we used them many times when we came back drenched in sweat in the middle of summer. The whole family was very satisfied, and it's a place we'd like to stay again and recommend to our friends.

I stayed with my family. Our room faced the sea, but since it was on the second floor, there was a building right in front of it, so I was wondering if the view would be good, but it was nice because we could see the Otorii gate. When I checked in, I was told that the check-out time was 10:00, but when I made the reservation, it was 12:00, so I explained that to them, and they took care of me, thank you very much. The location was good, but it was quite far from Miyajima Pier, so I thought it would be inconvenient to not have a shuttle car, but as the hotel staff advised, I contacted them before boarding the ferry, and they arrived quickly. I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. Even if I was lost, I was able to make a flexible response and suggestion immediately, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The hot spring is in the basement, and it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with only a large bathtub １, and it is not so large, and the scenery is not good because it is in the basement. Compared to the hot spring resorts devised at this time, it may feel unsatisfactory, but it is clean and the temperature is around ４０ degrees, so it is ”good old” while taking a long bath. I felt that it was a place to enjoy. It was stated that the quality of the hot water was slightly salty and smooth, and it was pumped and boiled from the source. I was able to take a comfortable bath without being squeezed or dry even by families with weak skin. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. What should be noted here is the wonderfulness of the food. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. Instead of having a sense of failure such as the dishes that were cold at the time of serving inn dishes, we were able to provide a wonderful dish of a more impressive level. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. There is no loss at all in every course, and the abundant ingredients unique to the land are carefully prepared, and all of them are very delicious, and the individual dishes requested by the order are prepared quickly. At the end, he made rice balls for dinner, which were full and could not be eaten, and he was able to provide a supreme time beyond the best. In addition, the breakfast at the dining hall I received the next morning was surprisingly luxurious with a large number of items, but the amount was gradually appropriate and very satisfying. The seasoning is natural, healthy, and exquisite taste adjustment and appropriate temperature, which does not rely on artificial taste operations such as umami seasonings, while protecting the gentle flavor that makes the best use of the goodness of fresh ingredients. The room is very big, the bed is very comfortable, there are Japanese cushions and TV in the living room, a large wardrobe, and a safe. The door has a password lock, so it is very convenient not to bring a room card. It is clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, and there are free refreshments, and you can eat while looking at the sea.
