This is the worst hotel experience I have had in Japan so many times. Be cautious when booking this hotel. Whoever books this hotel will regret it. 1. The service attitude of foreigners at the front desk is very unfriendly. They have a sullen face and only speak once. If they ask more than two questions in English, they will become impatient. The service attitude of the Japanese waiters will be better, but there is still a gap between the service of other hotels. 2. There are blood stains, hair, and unknown stains on the mattress, and the hygiene of the bathroom and the room itself is worrying. It is difficult to imagine that this is in Japan. 3. The lighting in the room is very poor. The photos taken from the room when checking out at noon are as follows. This is when the mobile phone has automatic strong fill light. Without the lights on, it's almost pitch black 4. When checking out, I was fined more than 1,000 yen because I checked out 40 minutes late (checked out at 11 a.m.). Everyone in Japan accepts check-out overtime. The key is that when checking in, there is no reminder about check-out at 11 o'clock and overtime fines, which leads to misunderstandings among guests. There are other B&Bs at this price in Miyajima that can be substituted. This price coupled with this service (no service at all, the beds are made by yourself) and hygiene are really not worth it. Remember to avoid pitfalls.

The hotel is unique and novel. The facilities are a bit old, especially the sink and toilet. There are few sockets and lights in the room. The breakfast is the most satisfactory, with salmon and tuna sashimi, udon and soba noodles, ice cream, and many kinds of fruits. When you enter the hotel lobby, you have to take off your shoes and change into hotel slippers. There is a whole wall of cabinets for shoes on the side, and each room has a cabinet. Slippers are worn throughout the hotel, and you enter the room barefoot. It is difficult to communicate with Japanese staff, but foreign waiters can communicate smoothly in English.

It was very good. Correspondence of staff was kind, too. If you go sightseeing in Miyajima, this hotel is recommended.

The location of the hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, which is generally convenient. The high-rise sea view rooms in the hotel have a good view, and the facilities in the hotel are complete, especially the hot spring ♨️ to relieve the fatigue of the day. It would be better if the room and bedding could be cleaner.

The food at the buffet is average, the service is not great, but the price is really affordable. The 80m2 hotel room has a private bath, which is very cost-effective
