It is a long established, but the room is clean and the facilities are updated. There is a question that the hot spring can be said to be a large bath, but the quality of the spring is good and comfortable. I think I will definitely stay again.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kofu Castle and the pedestrian street. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. Breakfast was abundant, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very kind and friendly. We were given wine as a welcome drink. Breakfast is available from 6:30, and although there aren't many varieties, it was mostly Korean food and very delicious! There are plenty of parking spaces.

I didn't think amenities like toothbrushes and combs needed to be in the room; they could have been placed next to the front desk. The service was simple, yet very good with warm responses when needed. Dining out was a bit disappointing for us non-drinkers, as there were mostly izakayas. It would have been better if the offerings at Tokiwa Hotel were more substantial. The price was high, but the content (buffet) was underwhelming.

スタッフの対応も良く、清潔感もあり、施設としてはとても良い印象を受けました。部屋も広く、快適に過ごすことができました。一方で、1階の天然温泉は建物の老朽化が見られ、写真で受けたイメージとは少しギャップを感じました。また、朝食付きプランを利用しましたが、料理が事前にセットされており、温度も冷めていて“お弁当を食べている”ような印象でした。

It was an old hotel, but the service was polite and nice. There were few shops nearby and it was hot, so I hardly left my room after checking in, but it was a shame that I overslept and couldn't eat breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

Staff Ryo san is very friendly and helpful. He is very informative and I enjoy chatting with him. Our room comes with a toilet as shown. An option for a private bath is available costing 500 yen for 30min. I approached Ryo san and book my timing (first come first serve) only after I checked in. My one night stay comes with a simple breakfast the next morning. The homely meal is rice with egg omelette and some other dishes. Roughly a 15min walk to Kofu train station.

甲府站附近，下了天橋走兩個小街口就到了。帶行李的話記得從全家那邊下去，那邊有電梯。很古早的酒店，甚至要用鑰匙開門。冰箱不太能用，因為會發出很強的噪音。衞生很一般，甚至鏡子和牆的接觸面長滿了黴斑。優點是床超級舒服，地理位置不錯，工作人員也很親切。

The elevator was broken and was guided to a slightly larger room near the floor! I am satisfied with the wonderful response! If it is so beautiful at this price, nothing is troubled! The view from the window was also able to see the mountains and welcome the best morning! I plan to stay again next time!

THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT. ALSO, WE ARE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY WHEN WE ARRIVED. WE WERE ABLE TO VISIT THE NEWLY OPEN COSTCO IN YAMANASHI AND IT IS ALMOST A 15 MINUTES DRIVE FROM THE HOTEL.
