Great
GGuest UserThe Single room is very spacious and the bed( small double)is consider big for one person. The hotel spa is superb and breakfast is sumptuous. You must try their weekend buffet, the spread and quality of food is good.
The only thing I find weird is that all guest must changed to the slipper the hotel provided to move around within the facilities. Anyway, overall experience is good.
GGuest UserIt's a popular business hotel with guests in their formal dresses entering and leaving the hotel. It's across the road to train station and the huge carpark would facilitate such. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, clean and warm.
2206033****The rooms are relatively small, which is a characteristic of this hotel. The most interesting thing is that it's located in the middle of a famous local red-light district; if you're feeling adventurous in the evening, you can take a stroll – it's a truly unique experience.
AAnonymous UserA rock-paper-scissors game was set up for the children to enjoy, and my daughters had fun playing it with the staff and receiving presents.
There was only a shower, so we went in the hot spring, which was thick and felt great.
With the ocean right in front of us, we ate our lunch outside.
The location was great, as we could walk to Aoshima Shrine.
My kids were happy and said they would like to stay again.
Thank you very much.
GGuest UserI used this hotel to go back to my father's hometown.
It seems they also have a wedding hall.
It's far from the station and downtown, but
they offered to take a taxi when I checked in, which was helpful.
I had a drink in the lounge and had a comfortable stay.
There were some issues here and there, like adjusting the lamp in the room and mold in the corner of the bathroom.
I think this is a good hotel, considering that Miyazaki has a lot of old hotels.
GGuest UserA typical Japanese business hotel: impeccably clean, excellent service, well-equipped facilities, free public bath with a hot spring atmosphere, and a generous breakfast. I would definitely stay here again next time.
TToeykubStaff are good.but Air conditioner can be only open as heater. Can’t set to cooling. Window can open just a little. At the night when we stay outside temp seem higher than usual I need to use air filter wind to cool my body. I’m not satisfied.
GGuest UserIt's in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and right above Donki with direct access by elevator. There are many choices of shampoo and hair conditioner available for guests to use. The only down side is the air-con only has heat available in late Feb and windows are locked. It makes the room very warm and we need to open the door to let some fresh air in.
GGuest UserStayed one night, location is a bit isolated in terms of restaurants and things to do. Definitely an outdated hotel and could do with a renovation, however the room was definitely very large for Japanese standards so the was a plus!(superior queen). If self driving there is a multistory carpark right behind hotel so that’s also a plus.
LlittletimberThe affiliated parking fee was 1,000 yen per night, and you could enter and exit freely, but you had to take your parking ticket to the front desk each time you entered and exited. The location is very good, so I think 1,000 yen per night is cheap. The free drink bar has a wide selection of shochu, fruit liqueurs, charcoal water, and ice, so you can make a variety of chuhai and cocktails by combining them. The natural hot spring is not large (it can fit 5 or 6 people), but it is clean and the quality of the spring is good. The free breakfast buffet has a decent variety of side dishes and freshly baked bread, all of which are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious. Overall, it feels like a business hotel with a lot of service. It was clean, the front desk was kind and polite, and it was a comfortable stay. However, there is only one elevator that can accommodate about 10 people, and the emergency stairs are not open, so it gets crowded around 8:30 in the morning. Someone I met at the hotel said that if there are many group guests staying, you may have to wait for the elevator for more than 10 minutes.
