"At this stay, the customer service of the staff was very polite and kind, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind from beginning to end during my stay. From check-in to check-out, I was able to spend a comfortable time without feeling any inconvenience or problems. The atmosphere in the hall was calm, and the service that made me feel the attention to detail was impressive. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay."

GGuest UserAll kinds of details are well done in the homestay, especially impressed by two places, picture one is a soup woman who is stuffed into the bed, in fact, the air conditioner is adjusted to more than 20 degrees in advance, it is already very warm, sometimes, a little bit of service can really touch people, Figure 4, home-grown organic lemon, Invite guests to take away at will, so far, how not to be touched.

GGuest UserRoom was very good. Public onsen was ok; the water was not as hot and as original. Breakfast selection was ok, can be better and have more selection other than seafood. Dinner was superb! The only thing was lacking is the location. There was nothing else around the hotel. 2 day stay was more than enough. There were no other facilities or events than onsen bath, foot/hand bath, happy hours.

While there's no on-site dinner restaurant, you can order room service. The immediate area doesn't have much to explore, but if you walk a bit further, there are some restaurant options. The room was spacious, and the wooden tub for the private outdoor onsen was a unique touch, though it was a little cold. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of dishes, served with a lovely sense of ceremony. The Omi rice was particularly good. Overall, it was an interesting experience.

PPYPYThe single room is relatively large. What I like most is the window. The sun shines in every morning and it feels very warm. The bathroom is a bit small, and the space saved is used in the room, so the room does not feel depressing. The location is a few hundred meters away from Otsu JR Station, and it takes 5 minutes to walk there. The hotel logo on the roof is very eye-catching and easy to find. The hotel has a free buffet breakfast, which is quite rich. After staying for three days, there are still some different things. The local specialty Omi beef is also provided, which is delicious. This small town has a small population and is very quiet. The attractions are not inferior to Kyoto. It is worth visiting. It's a pity that the cherry blossoms are not in bloom, otherwise it would be more beautiful. The hotel also provides facial masks, which are also very good.

和和牛控The hotel services and facilities (if you want to use the soup in Yu Yuan Pavilion, you need to add 700 yen) are great; as soon as you park the car, the service staff will come to guide you to check in. After changing your indoor shoes, you will go to the lounge and watch the whole hotel ”Introduction video” is clear at a glance.
It is an old but renovated hot spring resort. There is no elevator, but you can go up to the third floor. The CP value is very high!
The breakfast is very rich and carefully prepared, and you can enjoy authentic and creative kaiseki cuisine.
The only regret is that the meat in the shabu-shabu dinner is not Omi beef! But all the ingredients, colors, flavors and flavors are all present and every dish is worth savoring!
*The nearby Lake Biwa is a must-see attraction. Depending on your time, you can search for interesting attractions on your own.

CColine RoseI booked the VIP room and it was huge! It really felt like a traditional ryokan, which was superb! Having the onsen right in the room was also fantastic, honestly. I absolutely loved my stay here. It was so relaxing, and the lake view was just magnificent. Since I'll be in Kyoto for the next few days, I'm definitely coming back for another night to enjoy the onsen and the stunning view of Lake Biwa again.
