"Service: Great! It was really easy to manage with the kids, and the evening theater show was very popular. The staff's English was fluent, which made communication a breeze.
Food: Not so good. It's a far cry from the restaurants at Hoshino Tower, and even further from Risonare. We ate at the buffet for two nights and went out for dinner to find better food on the other two."
