"Wonderful hotel. Very clean, quiet, and the rooms are big!
Check-in and -out were very simple and smooth. A convenience store is directly located in the hotel which was a great bonus. Parking space is very big as well and available for free. Perfect for a weekend trip!"

GGuest UserIt's even better than the photos! It's amazing to find a place like this in the middle of the city!
Not only the rooms themselves, but even the smallest details,
and even the kitchen utensils,
you can feel the meticulous attention to detail.
If you're looking for some privacy,
this is a must-visit.
Towels and bottled water are plentiful.
We had a basement party room,
but towels and wine glasses were also provided in the hallway.
They even have a spin dryer in the room,
thought they'd be there after swimming.
The staff were friendly,
and each room was beautiful.
It was a place that showed their consideration.
The pool water was incredibly clean,
and even the tubes were fully equipped.
We had a comfortable and cozy stay.
I looked it up and found that there's a similar place in Jeonju that allows dogs.
Next time, I'm planning to visit Jeonju with my dogs.

PpangpangRISAThe gateway to Gwangju, located in Jeollanam-do, is Youth Square at Gwangju Bus Terminal! This hotel is located 8 minutes on foot from Youth Square. It's very conveniently located when you come from other areas or when you go to Incheon Airport. The hotel rooms were very clean and I had a comfortable stay. There was a computer in the room so I could do research and the Wi-Fi was stable and very fast. There was also a refrigerator with two bottles of water, and the shower room was spacious and clean. There were dispensers on the wall for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and towels were also available! The bedroom was also very spacious, and I was able to easily spread out my large carrier, and there was a chair and desk so I could work easily. I was surprised to see that there was a dresser in the room so I could clean my clothes! There was a water server and a coffee machine at the front desk, which was very convenient ☕️
Breakfast was mostly Korean food, and there was Western food like bread and cereal!
Overall it's beautiful and I want to stay here again 😳

Aanitatatatait’s a decent hotel based on the price i paid. the only thing i didn’t like was when i pointed out the bedding stains to the housekeeping staff they just told me “the bedding isn’t actually dirty. the washing machine just can’t get rid of these stains”. i was really surprised by this remark because i just needed them to change my bedding but they were putting up a fight. i don’t mind staying here again, but remember to check for stains if you care about those like me.

Excellent Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the metro line, making it easy to access the airport and main train station.
Soundproofing: The soundproofing is impressive, allowing for a restful night’s sleep without disturbances from outside noise.
Great Dining Options: There are plenty of good food options nearby, adding to the overall experience.
Cons
Bright Control Panel Lights: The orange light from the temperature control panel is excessively bright at night. Additionally, the centralized light control panel emits a very bright blue light. Even after turning off the main lights, these panels create a glowing ambiance that can be quite annoying. In Japan, similar panels allow users to turn off the lights on the control itself, which would be an improvement here.
Conclusion
Overall, while the location, soundproofing, and dining options are excellent, the overly bright control panel lights detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay. I hope the management considers making adjustments to enhance guest comfort.

GGuest UserAmazing facilities: room with massage chair, enormous tv screen, PC, washing machine (you can use the dryer in the 7th floor). In the vicinity a famous rice cake producer (open everyday, expect queues).
On the downside: breakfast won't be refilled, so better be there before 8a.m. Reception doesn't speak English.

It was the first time I took a baby and capitalized at the hostel, but I came after resting so well^^ It was comfortable because it was an ondol room and the bedding and room condition were so good
The staff guided me to come to eat because it was during the breakfast event, so I used breakfast and was very satisfied!
Thank you for taking care of what you need for your baby.
Next time I visit Gwangju again, I was very satisfied to use the accommodation here.
From check-in to check-out, I had a good rest without any inconvenience 👍🏻

You can have a dinner party near the accommodation and walk around.
It was nice that it was in a convenient location.

GGuest User주변에 유흥업소가 많은 편이라 조금 더 안심하고 머물고자 롯데호텔 계열 호텔로 예약했습니다. 전반적인 서비스와 시설은 만족스러웠고, 이용하는 데 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 다만 객실 내 암막커튼이 완전히 잘 설치되어 있지 않아 빛 차단이 아쉬웠습니다. 수면 환경에 예민하신 분들은 이 부분을 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived and our reservation had not been registered, so our room was not ready. The lady who received us was very friendly, and suggested that we would go for dinner, while the room would be prepared, and so we did.
The room is quite small but nice, the shower was coming out of the sink?!? Not really practical/nice. For breakfast, you have to wash your own dishes, cups and cutlery at the end ;-)
