"Overall the hotel was generally clean and in a great location, with a lovely view of the canal from the room. The shower was powerful and the room itself was comfortable, but some design choices were impractical — the bedside table made of stacked books looked quirky but offered no usable space. The in‑room drinks setup really let things down. There was only a coffee machine, and the hot water wasn’t hot enough for tea. The only tea options were green tea and Earl Grey, which felt limited. A kettle would have been far more practical. Milk and cups weren’t restocked when the room was cleaned, which added to the frustration. Check‑in felt unwelcoming, which was a shame given how good the location is. With a few improvements to service and basic amenities, the stay could be much better."

"Such a nice, cozy and well maintained hotel. I loved my time there. The staffs are all super nice, helpful. Bike rental is available to those who would like to experience Delft like the locals. Very close to TU Delft and the Centrum. Would definitely come back if I ever go to Delft again."

有點像家庭旅館式的酒店，大門有點不好找，比較小。就在一個小廣場旁邊。裏面佈置倒是很温馨，燈光很有藝術色彩，但是沒有電梯，我們2個大行李箱搬到3樓，真不容易。總之，這是一家家庭旅館式的酒店，價格不算太便宜。

Location was a bit far from centre but it was ok for us as we rented a car and there is free parking. Good size gym with a sauna which is good. However, service is disappointing: we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, requesting for rooms next to one another months ahead. However, we were assigned rooms on different floors which was very inconvenient for us as a family. Also we bought some choco bars one evening but were told that we could not eat them in the lobby! I just cannot fathom why you cannot eat choco bars in your own hotel lobby! Not happy with the service…

We are enchanted with Delft and this very well located hotel and without doubt we recommend it! Beautiful decoration and super comfortable ambience! The Gaia restaurant where you also take breakfast is a charm! The room with a unique and careful decoration! All super friendly and ready to help! The cleaning was perfect! We loved and if we returned to Delft we will be sure here!

The hotel is in a stunning part of Delft. The studio was roomy and spacious. Breakfast was not great and the service was poor too. I asked for a late check out only one hour or even thirty minutes later and was told I would be charged for the time and was also told it wasn’t possible as they needed to clean the room. Not sure what was the reason. Just seemed inflexible.
