The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. KKarlosHuskI stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

TtkpThe room is very classic. There is no air-conditioning but we don’t feel hot in the morning and night. You will hear the church’s bell every hour that you will feel peaceful. In the morning, you can smell the bread baking. It’s a wonderful experience for people living in city.

BBinglvchaThe hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

OOlgaThe hotel was perfect!!! It is right in the centre of the city!!! You can reach anything you need within 15 minutes! Interior is modern and cosy. Everything is right as it should be!!! I like it!!!

Hotel is a little strangely located in the middle of industry field, but it is very fast and easy to reach from the A2.
Sufficient (electric) bikes to use, to reach Vinkeveensche and vertical pads quickly.
Hotel clean and up to date. Come here more often and will continue to do so.

GGuest UserGood stay, clean, and within reasonable walking distance of Utrecht Central Station and the city center. Only at the beginning it was a bit chaotic with the room assignment. But we resolved it well afterwards. Parking is also easy right outside and reasonably affordable (€25 per day).
