Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station.
I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues.
Thank you very much, Kate!

The location is very good and the room is clean because it is right in front of the Basa Plan.
But it was double payment.

JINGUOThe location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, close to the river, the south side room can see most of UMEA town. The scenery is beautiful, sparsely populated, and the scenery is charming. Downstairs near the pedestrian street, there is a Dadong Chinese restaurant that tastes good. There are many bars, and the girls serving in them are blond and blue-eyed. Polite.

Room facilities were OK. There was a stick and in the bathroom there were calcium traces in the shower. Otherwise everything was good
