The hotel offered an option to decline housekeeping services. I chose not to have my room cleaned, so I wondered how to get extra water. It turned out they left it right outside my door, which I thought was a nice touch.
The room was clean, but it didn't seem to be very soundproof. I could hear noises from other rooms when I walked by, and I could hear others from inside my room. At times, I even felt the bed vibrate, though I'm not sure if it was housekeeping cleaning a neighboring room or something else entirely.
The hotel is located right on a street corner. It's not far from the BTS station; you can easily walk there after getting off the train. The walk to the hotel is convenient and not unpleasant, as it's right along the main road.

Guest Userpretty good value for the price. the hotel was fine. rooms were clean, and it was quiet. the only issue is that there isn't much around the hotel except 711 and a food market. luckily the mrt is also nearby for easy transportation.

Guest UserInitially, we were given a room that didn't match the photos online at all: it was smaller, had no closet, and wasn't very pretty. We went to the reception, and after speaking with the manager, they moved us to the correct room. The hotel itself is very beautiful, and the pool is magnificent, but unfortunately, due to renovations, there was a persistent smell of paint.
