"The front desk staff were different during check-in and check-out, but both were lovely and polite. They even walked me to the elevator and pressed the floor for me. Outside the room, it was quite noisy; I could hear every time other rooms opened or closed their doors. Inside, the bed was soft, the bathroom was clean, and the room smelled nice. My room faced the street, so I could hear the cars quite clearly. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend a room facing the road near the highway; definitely request a different one. Personally, it wasn't an issue for me. (There's a 1,000 baht cash deposit for the key card, which you get back at check-out)."

The staff were polite and gave good advice. The hotel offered an option to decline housekeeping services. I chose not to have my room cleaned, so I wondered how to get extra water. It turned out they left it right outside my door, which I thought was a nice touch. The room was clean, but it didn't seem to be very soundproof. I could hear noises from other rooms when I walked by, and I could hear others from inside my room. At times, I even felt the bed vibrate, though I'm not sure if it was housekeeping cleaning a neighboring room or something else entirely. The hotel is located right on a street corner. It's not far from the BTS station; you can easily walk there after getting off the train. The walk to the hotel is convenient and not unpleasant, as it's right along the main road.

location great . room comfortable . but little tired with key card not working to unit entry. however staff gave us a key .. there was a water leak from adjoining vroom through wall that puddled on our floor
