If the breakfast isn't good, there should be an automatic coffee machine. - The location is good, the rooms are nice, and there's plenty of parking. They're currently repainting the exterior. *But I'd like to see improvements to the breakfast the most. Thank you."

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent. This time I stayed in a Junior Suite on the 10th floor. The room was spacious, lovely, and had a fantastic view. All the amenities were there, but the carpeted floor was a bit dusty. If you're concerned about dust, I recommend booking a room with non-carpeted flooring, like those on the 9th floor, which are newly renovated. Even with many other options, and this place being a little older, if you're looking for a high and beautiful view, a swimming pool, and a good fitness center, this place still beats the others.

The location is easy to find, on the side of the national highway before entering Phayao City. Very clean and hygienic, and very quiet. It's just over one kilometer walk from the night market. And it's just on the edge of Phayao Lake, where you can see the lake view. The only regret is that the breakfast is too monotonous.
