We are conveniently located off exit 443 of I-90 on the west side of Billings and just minutes from the airport. Across the street from us is the largest indoor waterpark in Montana, The Reef, and only 1 mile away is Zoo Montana. In addition to the Montana Club restaurant across the street, we have several other great F&B choices within 1 mile of our hotel.
At avid Hotel, the rest is easy! All of the rooms at avid Hotel by IHG in Billings feature a top of the line mattress, high quality bedding, energizing shower & toiletries, black-out roller shades, a designated work desk, practical open concept hook closet system, mini fridge, hair dryers, USB charging ports, a 55” smart TV with streaming capabilities, complimentary WiFi and sustainable features have been implemented for reduced carbon emissions than traditional stays.

Our stay could not have been better! We were too tired to go out to dinner one night so we ate at the cafe in the hotel. Who knew? The food was great! We had appetizers while enjoying a great cocktail and then we had an entree that was as good as the neighboring popular restaurant where we ate the night before. We would for sure stay here again. The employees were wonderful.

Our stay at the Northern was perfect! We were cared for by the staff so well. We had an issue with our room and asked to be moved and they did so without a hesitation. They even upgraded our room! The road noise at night was pretty loud, but that can’t be changed by the hotel.

My kids loved the pool. Very kind friendly. Hot tub was very warm. Kids were getting out of pool to warm up in hot tub.

GUANXIONGBreakfast is good, a lot of tricks, all kinds of bread, drinks, coffee, you can make waffles yourself, very close to the airport, driving more than ten minutes. very quiet.

DownesIn the heart of downtown, close to everything within walking distance. Very welcoming staff and excellent hospitality! The rooms were huge, modern, super big TV with an incredibly comfortable bed. A perfect stay, I highly recommend it!

Michael Pine4 stars for cleanliness because the non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. But they gave us a different room without any hassles.

Guest UserPool wasn't open, indoor hot tub not open, breakfast was just ok - nothing with fiber or protein, items around the hotel in disrepair, bathroom light flickered badly. On a positive note, the lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. Booked 2 rooms that ended up being quite far apart but she happily set us up with rooms next to each other.
Price was too high for what you get. Would not stay here again.
