Delaware County Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel located in Swarthmore College is very convenient to visit the school. The room is unexpectedly spacious. It is much larger than the one in June. The price is cheaper. The restaurant downstairs has a good American breakfast. There is a small and full store opposite the restaurant. Stationery snacks and school logo clothes water cups are complete. I like it.

Comfortable room with plenty of space. Clean but a bit old and dated. Well insulated walls so no noise. Has a small pool. Pet friendly. Breakfast was ok.

It's better than I thought. But there's bottled water in downtown, but there's no water here, no coffee machine. Breakfast was rotten with fruit, but personally it was a little bit rotten. Other things were fine. This is written as a Korean who has never lived in the United States.

26 may 24 1536 GMT (re Brandywine Room # 212 May 24 2024) I was never supplied (either by email or by text) with the code to get through the the front door and to then access my room. That's bizarre. There was no small complimentary tube of toothpaste. The AirCo was set to ”Eco”: which meant that it cycled on-and-on and off thoughout the night with a loud rumbling each time. The AirCo is supposed to be ”white noise” in the background - runnnig constantly in the background. The breakfast was amateurish.

The environment is clean and beautiful, and the gym is great. Whole Foods Market is just a few minutes' walk across the street, which is very convenient. Free parking is also a plus. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool.

REALLY GOOD WOULD STAY AGAIN

Very clean room. Parking and laundry are convenient. There is a supermarket and restaurant at the door. Shuttle to and from the airport is 10 minutes away. The driver is very friendly and will help deliver it directly to the car rental company, so that people with a lot of luggage can save themselves the trouble of a second trip.

For us the location was great! The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service, for the most part, was very good, with the only exception being the gentleman who manned the front desk on arrival. Not friendly at all. It felt like we were an interruption. Breakfast was your standard fair. Scrambled, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon, and make your own waffles. Coffee, juice choices, bagels, and packaged sweets. It was good and it does make for a fast and convenient meal. The WIFI on our floor was horrible! In this day in age, this is unacceptable! I ended up using the computer by the breakfast area to set up our outgoing flight! The building is becoming dated but, there was construction going on so perhaps they are updating. The bathroom did not have a fan or any towel racks. Unfortunately, it appears that people have been using the shower curtain rod as it is tilted downward and you really need to make adjustments to avoid a wet floor. There are no handles for the physically impaired. Getting in and out of this slippery bathtub is difficult. Our toilet tank had a leak and frequently had to reload water. Finally, the HVAV is good and it is also loud. But if you have traveled a lot, this is fairly common. An extra note. We decided that we really didn't need a rental and would use Lyft/Uber. It worked well but there is rarely a car nearby. We made sure we allowed time to get picked. Because of its location and that it was typical of a hotel of this ranking, I would stay there again.

Ok, the hotel is being upgraded and renovated, the beach and park are nearby, the scenery is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is simple.

Good enough for overnight at the airport. But the night I was there, there was partying in a lot of rooms. Ice machines didn’t work on any floor. Elevator was so slow. Took over 30 min to get ice… was told to go to floors 5,6,7 for working ice machines. All of them out or broken. Had to go back to lobby. Every elevator was packed with people partying. After having surgery the day before and flight being canceled it wasn’t the experience I needed.
