"One of the best hiltons we have ever been too in the states. Highly recommend. Only issue I had was housekeeping was non English speaking and ignored the do not disturb signs until I made a complaint. Other than that it was amazing! Helpful staff and the whole thing was nearly perfect!"

Amazing
SsimsangelaUpon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

GGuest UserToilet paper holders should be on the wall slightly in front of the toilet. Not to the side partially behind you making it difficult to get to. Poor design.
Breakfast was average at best. Poor selection of pastries. Pancake machines are extremely slow backing up the line with people waiting to use them. The pancakes taste good.
The scrambled eggs were okay. Better to have folded eggs like an empty omelet which would make them easier to eat.
Not having coffee and a microwave in the room is a bust. Really inconvenient. Having to come down into the lobby to get coffee or hot water after you are settled in is a no go for sure.
Employees were pleasant and polite but not always available for one reason or th3e other. Small inconvenience.
Having only one chair in the room was an inconvenience.

GGuest UserConsistency of Aloft hotel has always put me at ease. Service, room, cleanliness and bed is comfortable. Parking is complimentary - just needed to inform the front desk. EV charging is available on-site as well (additional payment required, i believe).
It has a working table that enable me to work on the road so I stayed longer.

YYOUNGSHIL喫煙所は外にありました。
何箇所かにあって、でも灰皿が最初少し分かりづらかったですが、一度分かれば迷わなくなりました 笑
部屋は綺麗でしたが、ヒーターがすぐに作動しなくて少し寒かったです。
キングサイズのベットは硬さも丁度良く快適でした。
シャワールームに置いてあるシャンプーとコンディショナー。
なぜか、ボディソープは無くコンディショナーが2つ置いてありました 笑
私はトランジットのためにここのホテルを使用しましたが、空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスは無く、タクシーを使用しました。
空港までのタクシー料金は、おおよそ30ドルでした。
初めてのアメリカ旅行で、英語もあまり話せない私からすると、朝食はとても難しく感じました。
女性がこちらが要求したものを皿に入れてくれるのですが、英語でメニューがボードに書かれてるので、eggとBaconしか読めませんでした。
中身が見えるようにすれば、読めなくても食べたいものをチョイス出来そうです。
それは改善していただきたいです。
アメニティーに関しても良くも悪くもなく、ただ滞在するだけなら特に問題はありませんでした。
また利用したいと思います。
ホテル全体はとても静かで良かったです。

DDoro8Great stay. Very nice and clean and has a new look to it. The lounge/ bar area is very beautifully decorated. Very cozy. Will stay again. Room is clean. We stayed at the suite with a sofa. Had free sodas and water in the fridge to use. And a Keurig machine.

GGuest UserService was great. We felt welcomed upon arrival and were even given restaurant and family fun recommendations. The rooms, restrooms, and bed were all clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel was quiet and relaxing feet away from the Hawaiian Falls Waterpark.

SSally RimanI chose the facilities and location on purpose,however the pool was closed due to inspection not complete. Breakfast was fine but somewhat cold. Service at desk was excellent--staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Housekeeping staff was not thorough--found dirty underwear behind desk and under couch and there was a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. Hall was not vacuumed and when we asked for a room cleaned, it was not done very well. I am assuming they were short-staffed like everyone else but they should address the mildew, which is not healthy. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and we were able to be on the first floor.

GGuest UserDifficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive.
Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone.
Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7
