Guest User2 floors, it looks like a motel, the room is a normal Inn. The breakfast room is crowded, the meal is normal, and the difference is that there are fried eggs. Each room is equipped with two outdoor chairs, you can sit outside the room and watch the snowy mountains, which is a small benefit. There were a few paper baskets in the room, and when we returned to the room the next day, there was still no replenishment and basic cleaning.

Hotel location, facilities and service are all beyond expectations. In particular, customer service was impressive. Jacob, who helped me check in and check out, went beyond simple customer service, entertained people with a variety of meal information and national parks, making people feel happy. It was a great time throughout my stay.

This property is well located, close to Lake Estes. Room was very adequate for the family of 3 of us. We had erroneously booked a Standard King room for 3 adults. Lady at the Front office was very considerate to accommodate our request to shift us to a 2 queen bed room.
Room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very nice, and got us well prepared for the day ahead !
Overall, a great experience. We are already looking forward to our next stay here !

Location was perfect. Fire pits outside were cool. Only downsides: check in was a pain. Line was wrapped around into the hotels bar/ eatery. There were 30 people waiting just to check in around 4 pm on a Sunday. Also- gym was not as pictured- only a couple sets of free weights. We specifically choose our hotels based on gyms so this was a big drawback for us. Someone had their dog in their room barking incessantly for hours. Positives: rooms were clean, spacious, and best of all staff was phenomenal. Super nice people. Latitude 105 Alehouse is connected to the hotel and a HUGE perk. Would recommend staying here overall
