Guest UserThe front desk service was awesome! The house keeping Supervisior was a little grumpy when we told her that we had need a couch switch because when we pulled the couch out to sleep on it the mattress was solid with some that looks like to be old blood and the couch never got switch our entires stay. This made the room felt so gross. I ask to speak with the manager to get a room change since we could not get a couch change and that was denied as well! So I demand and refund and that was denied too!!!! I will not recommend no one to stay at this place because this experience was far by the worst ever. The part that I am so mad about is no one try to make any of the errors right. This is not the way I remember the Marriott to be !
