Great
GGuest UserI don’t write reviews often. I will say I was not impressed with this stay first of all the master bedroom door would not shut all the way nor would it lock so it kept constantly opening the air at night would turn off, even though we set it on 71 and it would get very hot at night it was not comfortable to sleep. Also, the room that I originally booked, which was a two bedroom suite with king beds in both rooms, they told me upon checking in that they no longer had that room, but they upgraded me to a better room. However, the room that they put us in, the living room was much much smaller like the size of a postage stamp and was not comfortable to hang out, and there was more room in the entryway in hallway then there was in the rest of the room. The waitresses we had at the pool were not friendly nor accommodating so overall I would say that this day was not that great and I would probably not come back for the price tag. I spent $1100 with Florida discount to stay one night it was not worth it
AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel, the front desk service is warm and friendly, and the restaurant service is excellent. The hotel should be loved by the public, the popularity is bursting 😄
AAnonymous UserYou need to pay extra for parking, 25 knives a day for parking. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach, very close, and within a 10-minute walk from most restaurants. If you don't want to walk, there are also golf carts sent to the beach and restaurants. The staff are very friendly! Breakfast is simple but all good. The room is also clean, it is recommended to stay.
GGuest UserIt was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant.
GGregory SomozaMy husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing.
Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return!
And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

GGuest UserThe hotel experience/accommodations overall were good. However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.
GGuest UserWe really liked the location and design. However, we noted there was no bedspread on the bed, the floor was sticky, refridgerator did not work, the shower floor had massive hair in it creating the water to back up, the towels were small and thin, and there was no parking option other than valet costing an unplanned expense. We were told there would be robes in the room but there were not. We were told we would have a gulf view but had to crank our heads way to the side to see it. We informed the desk and all they said was they would inform housekeeping. There was nothing luxury about this as it seemed basic. The resturant was not ready yet. We had coffee only which was good. Very disappointing experience otherwise.
GGuest UserThe hotel is okay, but it does not provide room service by default, it is only provided when it is called, and it does not give new bottled water after it is called. The hotel's buffet breakfast is relatively simple. It should be considered a slightly better American breakfast, which is much worse than the English or European breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes away from the sea. Parking is too expensive, 35 knives per night for valet parking, we walked to the public parking building two blocks away to park, it's okay, more than ten knives per night.
SShayna0Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio
