Terrible experience. I reserved the room by booking and due to the inadequacy of the reception staff, I paid for my room twice without getting a refund, despite countless reminders. I do not recommend this hotel to everyone.

We just returned from a short vacation to visit Leolandia. I recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, the really comfortable, functional room with a beautiful tub. The breakfast was also excellent and very varied for only €10 per person. Free underground garage with a lift that takes you directly to the room floor. Very kind staff and owner. I recommend it especially to families given its proximity to Leolandia park and also for a small room with games that they make available to entertain your children. See you next time! Breakfast not even worthy of two stars. On a business trip when I go down for breakfast I am shocked... The sweet offer included a tart, empty croissants frozen and cooked by them and commercial muffins... Stop. Cereals only corn and chocolate. A scandal for a 4 star.... Convenient hotel to Leolandia park, perhaps the closest, for the rest my room was not clean and not even in good condition. Honestly not a good thing for a 4 star hotel. From the hotel there is a shuttle to the park, but for convenience of schedules on the second day I preferred to take the car.

Ottimo hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato in data 19 agosto 2024 per visitare leolandia. L'hotel è Vicinissimo al parco e all'uscita dell'autostrada. Ampio garage. Camera top, la nostra era quella tutta verde con il letto a baldacchino e il lettino per il bimbo. Sono presenti tutti i servizi e comfort. Camera Molto silenziosa e luminosa. Colazione buonissima. Sia italiana che continentale. Personale molto cortese. Area giochi bimbi coperta e attrezzata. C'è pure la palestra che però non ne abbiamo usufruito. Consigliatissimo. Se torneremo a leolandia alloggeremo sicuramente qui di nuovo. Grazie di tutto.
