Food was good, hotel room was clean, leisure facilities were poor, jacuzzi bare worked, steam room didn’t work, swimming pool was full and the sauna was tiny! 

Manager not very welcoming I think she was racist to be honest

The trip was delayed due to visa reasons, but I can't cancel it, which is a bit regrettable
