Came solo for a concert ( as none of my friends from home liked the artist) and had agreed to meet up with people there. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever EVER stayed in . I’m not being a Karen it was horrendous . Rooms give you claustrophobia and the windows almost look like they’d been smashed in . It was very bare the room . The shower ( which I was so excited to use due too a 3 hour train ride prior ) was worse then a Bando . It was a singular shower head which you have too hold up on your own with your hand ( was also freezing ) . The room also smelt very musky . I was so scared and didn’t feel safe that I called home almost crying for advice that I booked another hotel and soon departed this hotel . Can see this place going bust soon

Seaside hotel brighton wasn't what I exspeceted ,the rooms were small wasn't as clean ,needs updating .staff ok could be better. Food reasonable but could be better. Brighton itself was ok ,lot more stuff to do now. Beach lovely. Friendly people. I think by next summer there will be lots more to do.

No shower stand for shower so when having a shower u got to hold it in one hand wash yourself with your other hand . Window use chair to open ,doesn't lock, blinds broken, absent of staff when u need them . Bathroom tiny, birds in roof going all night . Kettle with no supply dirty kettle not worse £595 for a week , needs massive investment and improvement to get more star. Only give 2 stars because 2 of the manager our lovely all female managers . Mold behind bed , very hot in the room no air con, mattres uncomfortable, room get cleaned once u leave fell like rooms Need to be clean regularly and not once a week.

Absolutely shocking,no TV, kettle with no cup's or glasses and no tea or coffee facilities,on suite bathroom is a joke, mould everywhere, broken toilet seat, downstairs bar is a building site and store room.what can I say,at £125 for a night it's absolutely disgraceful, what ever you do, don't come here

Stayed in Room 35, nice view, terrible stench of a leaking radiator and soaking wet carpet covering 1/3 of the room. Finally got to meet the manager and as an owner of my own services. Awful response for the manager. No urgency, only to run home

I genuinely don’t understand why everyone is being so derogatory about this hotel, I stayed there this week, I’m a young female who travels solo often for work and did not feel unsafe atall, the staff were very pleasant, it was cheap and cheerful, the bedroom was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!

Been all over the world but never stayed in worse accommodation than this. Single glazed windows did not keep the noise out from the revellers in the street outside the nightclub next door. The noise went on til 3am and then a fight started. Bed was worst I'd ever slept in. Mattress all saggy. Carpet filthy. Hot water came out of both taps. Awful place.AVOID like the plague

The worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The room was dirty ,there was rubbish from the previous guests. The place was grimey. The shower hadn't been properly cleaned. There was previous guests' hair on the floor. I dont believe the room had been cleaned There were bare wires on the light fittings in the bathroom and a hole in the ceiling of the shower. The toilet seat was broken. The sliding door to the bathroom was hanging off. The blind was broken. It didn't fit the window.  The bottom of the window had pieces of paper sellotaped to it to give privacy.  There were holes in the wall. There was no bedside light ( there was a light but no useful plug ) The room was dirty,  badly maintained and falling apart. When I spoke to reception the said there was nobody to fix the door or toilet seat and they couldn't move me because the hotel was full. It is the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in.
