The location of the hotel is good. It is located in the center of the city. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is not far from the Emperor Pavilion and the seaside. The bus from White Cliff to Brighton stops at the opposite side of the hotel. It is super convenient

The team at this Premier Inn are outstanding. They helped whenever they could, and with a very positive client-orientated approach. The central location (10 mins walk from the station, opposite the Lanes, near North Lanes, and 10 mins from main shops and the sea front) is good; the beds are always comfortable. Don't be put off by the well worn appearance of the entrance!

The staff were attentive and very polite. The food was of a good standard, too. The check-in machines were not working, which put a lot of pressure on the staff. The selection of beers at the bar was ok. The rooms and beds were excellent, very comfortable.

Usual premier inn standard, albeit at a premium due to (very good) location Conveniently located in town on a high street relatively equidistant to the sea front, shops (so areas like the lanes - the less high street type chains, as they are on the st with the hotel) and pavilion You could be forgiven for not noticing it as you wander past B&Q and Sainsbury’s etc The ground floor foyer leads up to the main reception (with lifts to it) on l1 The ladies staffing the reception desk were welcoming and a good laugh. The early check in was a bit debatable as having left Bristol early to miss traffic and indeed check in early … But it turns out premier inn has no system it provided its teams for managing this at all, so down to our friendly ladies on reception to sort this with housekeeping. Nearly two hours late on our ‘early ‘ check in got to freshen up after the drive (and parking at a car park with incredibly tight spaces around the corner a 5 or 6 min walk) No pro rata refund (but did get a nice cup of coffee whilst sat like a lemon waiting for vacant rooms and the like to tie in) Room was the usual affair, clean tidy and comfortable. As ever a few small tired looking elements which you get in any premier inn, and other hotels at a price point: range - nothing too concerning though Note you are likely not to get the usual premier inn pricing due to location so expect to pay somewhere around London prices ish So in sum good location, great team, usual good rooms good beds etc. Priced on the higher side and the whole early check in system could do with, well, a system to help the team manage it… Enjoy your stay here and in lovely Brighton if your planing to visit Ps make sure to do the parking with the hotel for discounted rate Pps no room pics as it’s exactly what you get with premier in ie just like the photos as ever (have some of sunny Brighton instead (all short walking distance from hotel )

The location was perfect - close to Brighton Beach, easy to access by bus and train. I used a nearby bank, a coin exchange, a coffee shop, two souvenir shops and a department store. I even donated some stuff to the charity shop. From my unit the building was very quiet and the bed was perfectly comfortable. I even enjoyed a two-hour soak in the deep, deep bathtub! All service was prompt, whether it was checking in, checking out, arriving for breakfast or dinner, etc.

I brought this as a Xmas present as never went to Brighton before premier inn was right in the centre of the huddle and huddle of it all! I brought breakfast too which is always excellent Room very spacious and did what was needed as a family of four two adult and two kids I did asked reception for our room to be cleaned but unfortunately it wasn’t that was the only down side so we had to go and ask for more towels but apart from that excellent value for money and would recommend to anyone

Excellent staff. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Central location. 24 hour bar 🍺 Excellent breakfast. Discount given for nearby multi storey carpark. Friendly staff who, despite being hardworking were attentive and helpful. Easy check in and check out processes. Ok it's not the Ritz but it's ideal for a weekend
