I'm writing about a serious issue with my recent stay at VIEW in Brighton. I've been trying to share pictures of the terrible conditions I faced during my stay, but I haven't received a proper email address to send them to. I was shocked when I arrived at the room. It had cockroaches, damaged walls, worn-out carpets, and old windows. I couldn't stay more than five minutes—it was that bad. I tried calling for help, but no one answered. To make matters worse, they took an extra £50 from me without explanation. I've explained all this in detail, but I'm not just looking for apologies. I want my money back. The platform is responsible for this mess because they didn't verify the photos they showed me. I trusted those pictures when I booked my stay, and now I'm out £179. I'm considering taking this to higher authorities and sharing my experience on social media to prevent others from going through this."
